all was great nice place to stay

The pictures are very deceiving. Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Our first day there we went out on the beach and came back to take a shower and the shower was broke. I tried to call/message the owner and he never replied. I finally got a hold of maintenance after an hour but we had to wait until the following day to get someone to fix it. The shower curtain was covered in mold and the popcorn ceiling had it as well. The curtain rod was also placed too high and made the curtain not long enough to keep the water from getting everywhere. I also found a bundle of blonde hair in one of the dinning room chairs. My husband and I have black hair. The elevators were also constantly messing up and when they did work they took forever. I honestly didn’t mind the room being outdated but the place needs a very deep cleaning. After reading other reviews and seeing that the owner never fixed something as simple as a shower curtain is very disappointing.

Host tried to get me to pay additional money through a 3rd party and I had to contact VRBO several times to make sure I was not to do what he saidPlace was dirty and outdated. Stains on couches

Definitely will stay again the staff was very nice meet a lot of people from all over. They was on point about any issues we had

First off check in said 3pm so I was there a little before 3 and they told me check in wasn’t until 5. The room was so nasty when we got in there I had my nephew for one day he was crawling around on the floor while I unpacked and his legs and feet was completely black from filth. So I went to Walmart and got a swiffer and the wet pads it took 4 wet pads to clean the living room floors. The hardwood was bubbled up in places the toilet paper holder was missing off the wall the ceiling fan in was not working due to the blade was falling off. Holes was busted in the doors and the mattress in the bedroom is completely worn out and junk you roll to the middle of the bed. I stay at the summit every year for 8 to 12 days every year and this was by far the worst experience ever.. the kitchen was not organized at all everything was just thrown everywhere. I messaged the host and never got a response. Very disappointed with my stay for the money spent.

Horribly Disappointed!! This was suppose to be time to relax and recharge with my daughter. Within 4 hours inside the condo my 20 year old daughter's feet were black from the filth on the floors. She washed her hands in the bathroom sink and the water backed up and was there for almost 2 days. There was mold on the shower curtain. It was just nasty. I when down stairs and I was told to contact the host...I contacted the host 3 times. Twice on the day we checked in and once the next morning. I still, to this day, have not received a reply or communication from him. Second day, the office downstairs gave me a number for maintenance and within 45 minutes someone was working on the issues. We finally decided to just leave because we felt like everything in the condo was nasty. What was SO disappointing was the lack of communication by the Host and the lack of CONCERN we were shown!! I would NOT recommend renting from this Host! I would NOT recommend this condo.

First problem was elavators, there are 4- one was broke all week, the other three were always packed and we had to wait at least 15 minutes. Description stated beach chairs were included so we didn’t bring them well they weren’t so that was $40 a day. Kitchen barely had anything to cook out of. We pulled the sofa bed out to find there was no linens in the condo for it. Dryer didn’t work so I messaged the host about that and the linens. Host had it taken care of BUT someone from the Summit just came in our condo without us there and without of knowing they were there which was frustrating. The dishwasher didn’t work, ice maker in fridge is really slow. Place was dirty and there was grease on the cabinets in the kitchen. Bed was old and had body imprints in it. The pool kept closing at 8pm which was annoying because the bar was open but we couldn’t swim. Lights worked fine which was their excuse. Needless to say we would never stay there again.

Checking in is a little crazy, and the elevators don’t all work. The pool closed at 7:30 pm due to a light issue which was a little disappointing. But overall we had a great stay! Also the dryer does not work we messaged about it but had to just air dry everything which was a little challenging but we made it work!

It was not clean and we did not have hot water only luke warm. The doors would not shut with out picking up on them and shoving. The bathroom door did not lock it was broken. Vrbo said they was going to give me a discount for all this inconvenience but they lied.
