This was a great stay for the whole family! We had plenty of room for the teens, adults, and child! The condo was clean and spacious! We had a great view from the balcony. The beach chairs that were included was a great added bonus! And the pool area was lots of fun!

This is a very family-friendly facility. With a smooth check-in process plenty of luggage carts to go around which is a huge plus you're not standing around waiting on anything or anyone convenient to shopping and right on the beach the beach chair service is great and the chairs are super comfortable

Property was clean and the condo had an excellent view of the ocean. Kids wanted to stay in the pools and splash pad areas instead of going to the beach. They enjoyed our time there, so I'm happy. Book a stay with this owner and I'm sure you'll be happy too.

Very nice and clean. They had the same bedroom furniture we have in our home. Convenient having eating establishments right in the complex.

What a beautiful stay. The entire property was clean and beautiful. The condo was absolutely perfect. Communication with the host was almost immediate and they made sure we had everything we needed.

This place is perfect for a family with children, from the pools, lazy river, poolside bar & grill and the ever so fun little waterpark/plashpad. 203 West was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essential for cooking in and even has a closet full of beach supplies for you to use during your stay. The property manager Josh was very informative and willing to answer any questions. Everyone at this facility is friendly, even down to the chair rental and jet ski rental people. I would definitely recommend staying at Splash in 203 West. Of course there are a few cons because we don’t have all the conveniences of home so the only one worth mentioning is the very slow or not working elevators. Be prepared to wait.

The only issue with the property is, 1. The water at the kids water area is colder than expected 2. There are only 2 elevators per tower and can get backed up,3. More chairs at the kids water area would be awesome. The condo itself was fantastic. Everyone had a great time.

Great property, especially for children and adults that may like to stay at a pool away from the sun. Condo was roomy and had all necessities. Location on the west side of PCB was not as crowded. Great place to stay!!

Amazing as usual! Very clean. Love that it’s on second floor!! Convenient! Owner is awesome and good communication!

At the last minute my husband developed pneumonia so I had to have my daughter replace him. It was a very delightful trip the grand girls had so much fun. If the grands had fun them the grandparents had fun.

I liked having free chairs and umbrella to use each day. Grand baby enjoyed her time and that’s what it was all about. Liked being on the 2 floor. Just a few flights of stairs instead of waiting on elevators.

Lots of room for us to not feel crowded. Gorgeous views from deck. Communication was great. The resort was great. They had everything we needed so that, except for the grocery store, we could have spent all our time there. The condo was perfectly designed to fit all of us comfortably. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. We will be wanting to rent again.

The room was beautiful and has great view. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The room is exactly as pictured and had more room than I expected. The room has plates, cups and pans for cooking and eating. This room is one of the best that we have stayed at, at Splash resort in the past.

This room was amazing and we hope to be able to get it again. Perfect location perfect floor for when the elevators either had a long line or happened to b down. This room was spotless. And the owner was very polite to talk with. Check in was very smooth and fast and the lady’s were super friendly.

Had a great time. Weather was perfect. The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, loved the Smash Burgers from the on site Grill. Got me a Banana Daiquiri everyday (delicious). Can’t wait to come here again!! My grandchildren loved the place as much as the Adults did. We all had a great time.

We have stayed in this unit numerous times. Every visit is great!!
