every little detail was thought of to make our beach days stress-free and fun.Inside, the condo was just as impressive — cozy beds in every room, a great air-conditioned space, and the best two recliners perfectly positioned to look out over the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials (literally everything except crab crackers!).The space is large and comfortable, easily accommodating two families without feeling crowded. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was outstanding — super helpful, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our trip special.The location couldn’t be better! Just steps away, you’ve got a hotel bar, grill, and a store with a Starbucks inside. Publix is only two minutes down the road, and there’s even a convenience store right across the street. For beach activities, there’s easy access to jet skis, banana boat rides, and more.Truly one of the best beach stays we’ve ever had — we can’t recommend it enough!

The condo is just as promised. Debby was very communicative and helpful. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and found this unit to be better supplied and more comfortable than most. The unit is right on the beach and convenient to PCB. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was absolutely perfect! The views are stunning and condo is so cozy. The property has the best amenities and gorgeous pools. It felt like we were in exotic destination, small piece of paradise in FL. Deb, is an amazing host and has decorated the condo beautifully. Fully stocked so you don’t have to leave your paradise. Sunsets views are spectacular from the balcony or on the beach.

My teenage son and I, along with two of his friends, had a great week at your property. This was our first spring break in several years where we deviated from our normal spot and I’m glad we did. The resort had everything we needed with the pools and beach access along with an on-site restaurant and a little shop. Unfortunately, the tiki bar was closed all week, so I didn’t get to enjoy that, but that was no big loss.The condo is very well appointed and extremely clean. Plenty of towels and starter kits of soap and shampoo to get you through a few days. Also, plenty of kitchen items if you want to make your own meals, which we took advantage of a couple times. The beach, chairs and toys were a great touch as well.The owner was very accessible with any questions that we had. If I have the opportunity to come back to Panama City Beach, I will definitely try to book this property again. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Our stay was incredible!! The condo was gorgeous and had every amenity you could possibly want or need! Deb thought of everything from plenty of dishes to coffee to a beach umbrella and all things in between. Deb was such a fantastic host and communicated with me the entire process. We will definitely stay there again!! The location was perfect! The amenities on the property were awesome between the pools, hot tubs, the restaurant, activities, everything was there!! It truly felt like a home away from home and it was so hard leaving our last morning. Thank you Deb for an incredible place to get away from the hustle and bustle and be able to relax!!

Okay I LOVE this place!! The view is the first thing that caught my eye and I’m so glad we booked this room! The host is extremely nice and quick to respond, beds are comfy, furniture is so nice, kitchen has everything you need and more to cook if you want to and the unit is extremely clean. It’s also so convenient to the restaurant/bar! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We loved our time at Seaside! Debby made everything as seamless as possible from check-in to check-out. She also checked in with us throughout the week to ensure we were enjoying our time. The condo was as the listing appeared. It had a perfect view of the ocean and plenty of space for our family of four.

Clean and nice view

The first thing you notice when entering this condo is the amazing view of the beautiful ocean. The owner has thought of everything that you could possibly need from story books and boogie boards to muffin pans and spatulas. Beds are comfortable and very clean. The two reclining chairs in front of the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf is the perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and reading a book. The condo is located close to the pools, restaurants and beach entrance, but far enough to avoid the entertainment noise from the resort. There is karaoke for the kids, poolside movies, and dance parties. Edgewater is close to activities around the town. The only issue I had was leaving at the end our stay!

First of all, Debbie was very kind and communicated with us very well prior to our check-in. Her response time was great and she answered any questions we had very promptly. When we walked in, we instantly fell in love with the gorgeous view of the beach from The living room, dining room and kitchen. We literally did not want to leave our condo. We love the view so much that we decided to eat in most nights which was perfect because the kitchen had everything that we needed. The beach was an easy walk and it was nice that the condo had beach chairs and beach toys as well. The decor was very homey and our family loved our stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to be back soon!

Nice property right on the beach. Great pool area. Good location to restaurant and shops.
