The beach starts right at the buildings gate. Beside 2 double-bedrooms and 2 bath the condo features a comfortable living room with an extendable dining table suitable for up to 6 persons plus a functional and fully equipped kitchen. The south side location of the condo provides for sunshine from early in the morning to late afternoon onto the balcony. The east-, south- and west- ward view from every room over the near beach and gulf is spectacular. The condo has all new and easily operational windows and a large two-way sliding balcony door. All rooms have modern TV sets with the largest-one of 60 in the living room. A large 5-floor garage is conveniently and directly accessable from the main building. The Gulfview Tower features a large outside pool with plenty of space all around for sun bathing, a gym room and 3 elevators in the main building to all floors.
