Decortated in tropical Tommy Bahama furnishings, this two bedroom and two bath condo features a king-size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom. Comfortable furniture in the living room with a flat screen TV. The dining table seats 6. The master bath features granite counter top sink and a glass and tile step-in shower.

At Tigertail Beach, climb the observation tower for some of the best birding in Southwest Florida. Or go fishing, rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach. There is a concession stand that offers beach equipment rentals, food and drinks and a playground also.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.

2024: PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.

    At first, I was unsure about Tower 2 since there are rule differences between Towers 3 and 4 and Towers 1 and 2, but I was able to learn quickly from your kind salespeople and the people that I met in Tower 2, where to park, what the fob opens, where the fitness center is, and how to fix the router and modem to make a wifi connection. My husband and I have enjoyed staying in either Tower 3 or 4 for the past 10 years, but unfortunately he passed away last year. I am happy that I was able to find such a nice place to stay, and I really loved Tower 2 and the nice and helpful people there, however, the beach is definitely the most important reason I come here. I tell my guests when we walk on the beach, this is why I keep returning!

    Great location on the beach in Marco Island. The condo was OK but needs to be updated/upgraded. Gated community, pool and wonderful neighbors made the two month stay enjoyable. Walk to restaurants, beach, stores, great location.
