Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 4-1209. Each room had a view of the pool and beach! The furniture was sufficient and bathrooms were good. Management company was very communicative and checked in right away giving us instructions for the week. We only missed the sunset as our view faces the other way.

The downside was the parking was not great. We were not informed that the parking garage for tower 4 was closed. It should be included with the rental listing, not lost in the pages of the info. It was a busy week so finding a spot near the building was almost non-existant. There were a few handicapped spaces available, but then people started using them ( no stickers) people parking in front of the building which was also not allowed, but was done anyway. The KEY system is needed but ridiculous. On the plus side--the towers and properties are very well maintained, due to the strict rules. I would return, but would check on parking and see if they have streamlined the entering and exiting process.

The condo was well stocked. An abundance of towels and sheets. A beach cart would be helpful because of long walk to beach. Needs directions for tv in living room. Could not get live tv at all.

The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen was well supplied and there were plenty of beach towels and chairs and even a nice cooler with wheels. A wagon would be helpful for the long walks to the beach.

We enjoyed the condo. The only problem we had was it was hard to figure out switches for light/fans. The rules at the pool were a little excessive but I know that is not the fault of the owners.

The walk is long especially if you are carrying a ton of things. A wagon would be a welcomed addition to the beach items as well as cleaning out the storage area and getting rid of items that are broken.

Visited in late January, the condo was very clean. Plenty of linens, modern kitchen. Close to great restaurants. Our favorites were Marco Prime And da Vinci’s. The pool was heated and very warm. It was in the low 70 s outside, so that was very nice. The tub was draining a little slow. Management very responsive, fixed that afternoon.

Very nice condo, great view, clean, close to everything. Good experience with condo management. Long walk to ocean so if you have physical limitations thick twice. Beautiful, heated pool; inside garage parking.
