IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Seawinds Condominium Association will be conducting repairs on the balconies in the 01 and 02 stacks, beginning August 3, 2026, and continuing through November 1, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of work relative to individual units. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub may be closed to ensure everyone's safety.

When you step onto the balcony and look out at the endless expanse of turquoise ocean, you’ll notice birds flying by at the same height. That’s because birds understand this one simple truth: the view from the fifteenth floor is just about perfect.

This 1,000 square foot, 15th floor beachfront condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.

Sitting at the balcony table with your morning coffee, you take in the panoramic view of the curving shoreline of the Paradise Coast and its miles of silken white sands. You can see dolphins playing in the surf. A bird flies by and gives you a look as if to say, “You see what I mean ” before swooping down to the water. It won’t be long before you too make your way down to the boardwalk leading from the Sea Winds to the beach.

The cozy interior is the perfect complement to the view. The furnishings are as comfortable as they are stylish. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten the space with natural light. A conch shell sits near a lamp made from a glass fishing ball and a cabinet made of driftwood. These decorative touches create the atmosphere of a charming seaside cottage.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances and cookware, including everything you need to prepare your cocktail of choice to sip on the balcony as the setting sun turns the sky bright orange.

The master bedroom features sliding door access to the balcony. Open them and fall asleep to cooling ocean trade winds and the image of moonlight reflecting off the water.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

Amenities surround you. Relax in the heated pool and hot tub. Play a game tennis.

If you want to do some shopping, you’re just a short walk from Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theaters, small boutiques, salons, spas and plenty of fine dining options. Another short walk takes you to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.

    The condo’s decor was really nice. It is rather small but there was only two of us so it was perfect. Everything was fine in the condo but the building itself needs some updating.

The owners did not cut any corners and it looks like it was renovated yesterday. Well stocked, clean pots and pans/sharp knives, beach bag, cooler and chairs provided and in great condition. Lounge chairs on balcony great, you can suntan right from your balcony if you’re working remote like I was. This is a typical old-school building that’s in need of a facelift, but you don’t even notice it once you step into the condo. Location, ideal, Sunset Grill, right next-door and can access from the beach. Walking distance to shop restaurants and movie theater at Winter Berry Drive three blocks away. I’ve stayed in this building before and there are not many units that are anywhere near this nice and up-to-date not to mention pristinely clean. I agree with other reviews that the couch is pretty uncomfortable, but that’s being really picky. I thought the bed was fine.

Condo was very pretty and well equipped. It falls sort in furniture comfort. The queen bed and sofa were very uncomfortable...and the pillows need an upgrade.

    When we walked in after 10 hours of travel, there were crumbs and debris in the refrigerator and floor corners. There were dirty cups in the cabinet and fried food pieces in the kids bedroom, peanuts in the living room, and food pieces in the master closet. The sofa bed sheet had not been changed and was covered with what looked like Oreo crumbs and sand. I went to change one of the clocks at eye level for daylight savings time, and it was covered with what seemed like years of dust. Same for the drawers in the kids bedroom. To top it off, the refrigerator was warm and had no power, which we only noticed after purchasing groceries for our stay. This ended up being due to a blown fuse, which happened randomly and frequently throughout our stay. We would return to the room and the refrigerator light would be out so we knew the fuse had blown again. The property manager told us to keep switching the fuse in the box. We were also refunded our $200 cleaning fee. The unit has updated countertops and tile but is very cramped. The scale of the living room chairs and barstools is too big for the space. For example, there is no space on the floor for a full size suitcase without being in a walkway or in the way of something else. The building is adequate but outdated. One of the two elevators required repairs while we were there. The balcony and views are amazing but can’t make up for the other factors. We will return to Marco but not to any location with this property manager.
