Beachfront Condo | Pool and Balcony Facing Beach

Great condo. Was clean and comfortable. SW facing balcony was amazing with the cold front coming from the N.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Marco Island. This condo was in a gated community/ club and was very safe with beautiful grounds. The condo itself is on the 12th floor with a beautiful balcony and great views of the ocean. The white sand beach has many shells and beautiful sunsets. The condo was very clean and felt like “home away from home.” The property manager was very nice and accommodating and made the check in check out process super easy! Will definitely be staying here again soon!!

The room was clean and had a great view. My only complaint was the smart TV was difficult as it constantly loaded when trying to use Netflix or Youtube movies. Hopefully the weather is beautiful enough that you do not need the TV. Unfortunately it rained a lot during my stay so I used it a lot. Walking distance to Joeys and Doreens which both have AMAZING food!We went to each place twice. Pickleball courts on site to use. The community had an open play nearly every day we were there which was so much fun. The gate was run by someone 24 hours and everyone was so friendly. Every question was answered promptly by the property management. They would message or call in hopes to assist when needed. I would recommend for sure!

The Condo was updated and clean. The bed was comfy and kitchen well stocked. Could use a few more bath towels but laundry is only a few steps away. Restaurants are walking distance and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the Thai Sushi place.

It’s about a 10 minute walk from the complex on the sand. The sand is white and reflects the heat so bring water, sunscreen and a hat. The pool area is clean and maintained. The view from our balcony was stunning.

Grounds/beach A+. Unit=lots of missed details. Welcome text missing pertinent information for after hours check-in, Dirty walls/floor, no sharp knives, no dish soap, off track/torn screen door, patio door would not lock, no safe, no food storage containers, no oven mitts, very cheap paper towels/toilet paper, broken beach umbrellas, 2 broken beach chairs, inefficient wagon (impossible to pull in the sand), distance to beach would be a huge issue for anyone with health concerns, hazardous hair dryers for anyone with long hair (no filter/guard on fan), disintegrating platforms under king mattress were very noisy to the point we thought the bed was going to collapse. The bare minimum was taken on the part of the property owner to ensure an unforgettable experience. Marco Island is beautiful, several wonderful dining experiences but will look elsewhere for accommodations if we come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first we were taken aback by the multiple steps in registering but we realize if we come again, it will be easy to remember. The window of time to get the packet, 3pm and then register at Tower 3 by 4pm is unrealistic given the line up at the guard gate and his slowness in the process. We also found the gentleman at South Seas Tower 3 registration has an unpleasant demeanor and wonder if Marco Vacation Properties employs him and understands how important a friendly greeting is when you arrive for your vacation. The Welcome Center staff were wonderful! We enjoyed our condo, even though it has very few wall hangings and lacks an extra chair or two in the living room. It doesn't feel like a place the owners ever live in. It also would be nice to have a waist high table on the patio as my husband would like to sit out there with a laptop and watch the beach and pool activity. Having mentioned these factors, we actually loved our stay. The view was wonderful, the kitchen spacious, the laundry room convenient, check out easy, and guests all friendly. We would come back in a heart beat! I would like to thank Marco Vacation Property staff!

The condo was clean, convenient, and occupied by nice people. Very roomy, lovely pool and many walkable businesses.
