The balcony is the best part of this unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apt has a great view and is semi comfortable.The apt needs to be cleaned very dirty you should fire your cleaning service.The toilet bowls are very low made for 2 year olds.The oven is a mess cant be used.The mattress in master needs to be replaced along with the sheets and cover.The bathrooms could use a little upgrading.

This condo is located in the perfect location. Beautiful views from the balcony. Very clean property. Spacious condo, very accommodating. Easy check-in, and checkout process.

Great properties and Marco Island Vacation Properties was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, the furnishing of the condo was extremely dated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this property for our honeymoon in Marco Island. We were impressed by the location and the proximity to the beach. We were not happy with the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the condo and the quality of the amenities that were offered. For example, the condo had a weird smell upon entering, the towels were dirty and/or stained, the kitchen cutlery and dishes were dirty, and the bathroom floors were dirty. This condo also needs some serious updating...one of the showers did not work at all, the beach umbrella and cooler were broken, the kitchen supplies are very outdated (e.g., the toaster completely burnt my toast at the lowest setting, the pots and pans are old and rusty, etc.), and the blinds are broken/do not close properly. Given turtle season and the requirement to close blinds by 9pm every night, you would hope that the blinds close properly....Overall, we were not impressed with our stay here and we will not be recommending this property to anyone. We strongly recommend that the owner hire an adequate cleaning person for the future and re-invest some money into the amenities offered in this condo.

We brought our son along with 2 other families to Marco Island to celebrate their last year of high school. Not sure I would recommend this location for a trip of this nature again, as their wasn’t much for them to do outside of the beach. Condo itself was very adequate for our family of 4. Definitely was dated and could use some upgrades (old faucets, doors and finishes in bathrooms) however the view from the balcony superseded those minor cosmetic items. My biggest concern was the air conditioning vents. They all where black and you could also see black along the edges of the ceiling. The pool was great. Plenty of seats however did need to claim them early. They definitely enforce the “rules” at the pool as well (no food, no drinks near pool edge or on pool). While it would have been nice to enjoy my beverages while sitting along the side of the pool, I understand the need to keep order. The pool area was very clean and relaxing! Overall, this is a great location for a family looking to relax and enjoy the sun.

However the beach is super wide (like 3 football fields) so while it’s nice to look at, it’s definitely a trek to the actual water. The room itself needs numerous updates. The kitchen is well enough equipped for a rental. However the bathrooms are very old with rusty faucets and not nearly enough hot water. The condo is spacious. However it doesn’t offer much privacy as not a single door lock (bedroom or bathroom) actually works. Finally, the carpet in both bedrooms is old and needs to be replaced. The actual condo complex was nice and well maintained with clean grounds. The pool lady is a bit of a Nazi. Overall I liked the island but would likely choose another rental next time.

The apartment is very comfortable and it simply could not be in a better location. We had heard rumors that our kids might get frowned upon if loud, but that was simply not true. The apartment was beautiful and in generally good shape. It had a couple of details, typical stuff from old apartments (door knobs were not in the best of shapes, shutters were missing the occasional piece here or there, etc.) The kitchen was not that well equipped; but those are very minor details as compared to how nice, tidy, luminous and well located it is. Would definitely come back and recommend.
