Our first time to stay in Marco. Great location!

Overall it was good. Outside building was being painted, lots of noise during day. We were able to get in 30 min. Early on check in, however, the dryers was still running. We offered to fold whatever was in dryer so cleaners could leave. 7 beach towels, 5 regular towels, 2 bathroom rugs were all crammmed into on dryer load. We had to separate load in order to get it all dry. Really not a good idea. Had to call for plumber for a clogged toilet and for the disposal in kitchen …… just saying it was a bit of frustration the first few days.

The 'shared' bed was a double, not a queen. The TV was not a smart tv, so viewing was limited. We were unable to access the balcony from the living room, as the slider was broken. We needed to access through the bedroom, which was problematic if someone was in the bedroom and the vertical blind slats kept falling out. The property was clean and the customer service was exceptional. The walk to the beach was a good 10 minutes on sidewalks, with chairs and beach gear plan accordingly. The week we were there, parking near beach access was full with a line to get in. Restaurants had long waits, again, we were told because of week we there.

One maintenance request was taken care of quickly. This condo is walkable to the beach and has a nice pool area. Elevator to upper floors. Condo could use done updating but it is clean and has a newer washer/dryer. However, with the rent doubling fir next year, we are forced to look elsewhere.

It’s a modeste but confortable condo. We had problems quickly solved by the Manager of the place. It’s a good 10 minutes walk for the beach but not far from good restaurants and shopping.

There are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and even a few sand toys. Also walked a couple blocks to three good restaurants. Living room and bedrooms were nice. Kitchen and bathrooms are functional but need to be updated. Stayed in another newer building in the area 2 years ago where bathrooms and kitchen had been renovated.
