It’s a wing unit, on the side of the building, with two separate balconies. One faces the Island. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four loved this condo! This property had everything we needed (household/beach items, linens, etc.) and everything we wanted (amenities and location). The only hiccup we had was that the hot water wasn't working when we got there. The property management company was prompt in correcting the issue. The only advice I'll give is to bring a good beach wagon (because it's quite the trek to get to the beach) and bug spray (the mosquitos are brutal).

Reviewer Comments: I felt cheated when I arrived to the place and found the beach wasn't 300 feet from the building, but more than 3000.My wife and me are 70's seniors and that distance disappointed us.The apartment interior photos they show in the website were better than the reality, but for real, the place was good and clean.There was no information about the number combinations to go in and out through the gates and some doors but we solved that inconvenient.Maybe it was the season, too much rain, but the beach was murky. We love clear watersIn general, we spent a good time with part of our family.The appliances and a/c were nice

Stayed Jul 8, 2023This was one of the nicest vacations we've had in quite a while. My only concern, and I heard it from a number of people was the parking situation. The other was the charge for getting locked out on the deck. Had we forgotten our key to get in the front door I wouldn't mind because that's my bad but this was a problem with the sliding door. That could be considered a safety problem.
