The two spacious wrap around decks reveal the Canal feeding in from the Gulf of Mexico and the heated swimming pool. There is a large 10 slip Gulfpointe community dock located in the channel close to your unit. It is situated on the Vaca Cut channel in the gulf of Mexico and within minutes of a boat ride to the Atlantic Ocean. The dock area has all the amenities a fisherman is lookign for: a fish cleaning station, ice machine and shared bait freezer. There is ample parking directly under the unit. You can easily fit two vehicles and a boat trailer. Public boat launch is located 1/2 mile away. There is water access under the unit in the parking area. The lower wrap around deck (off the living area) gives you easy access to a gas grill to cook up the catch of the day. The upper deck has seating to relax and read or just soak up the views and the warm sunshine.brInside the unit you will find 1,400 + square feet of well appointed living space. the downstairs has been designed with an open concept floor plan.
