It's cosy and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the large 65 smart TV provides access to all streaming services available.brbrThe condo has 1 bedroom with a large and comfortable King bed, 1 bathroom ensuite and a living room / kitchen open space. Our condo is in the corner of the building, facing the pool and the nice houses across the street.brbrGuest can use the community Swimming pool and they have access to the community laundry in the back of the building (paid by coins).brbrThere's one assigned parking spot and 3 guest parking spots for day use (first come first serve basis).brbrInteractions are through AirBnb, phone or messages, unless there's any need to meet face to face.brbrThe condo is located in Victoria Park, a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. It's surrounded by very nice houses, close to Victoria Park and the venice-like canals and less then 1 mile away from Las Olas Boulevard. There you can find lots of great bars, restaurants and other entertainment offers. Pharmacies and supermarkets are easy to find in the area as well.brbrThe beach is just a couple of miles away !brbrThe condo is located on the 2nd floor, it's a small boutique building and the stairs are external, so they are subject to the weather. brbrOur assigned parking spot is just a few steps from the stairs, and our condo is the first one upstairs, so it's a very short walk and a few steps upstairs to access it.
