Waterfront! Why rent on a canal when you can be on Bonefish Bay.Newly Remodeled

Nice place! Great pool area!! If I have only one thing to say it would be to make it easier to get the kayaks and boars in the water. The dock sits high up off the water making it hard. They have a floating dock but it’s to dangerous to jump on as an older man. Having a walkway or some way to get to a lower dock for boards and kayaks

House was perfect. Location, water access, yard. Had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the beautiful keys waterway.

This was the most walk stocked house I've ever rented. They thought of things I didn't even think about. From laundry bags for swim suits to sunscreen. Beautiful spaces and the surroundings houses available for rent didn't compare. If privacy and the view are important to you book this house. From the driveway to the back yard your pretty secluded and able to enjoy the peace you came to the Keys for.

Host was very responsive! Our second time back and the renovations were very very nice. Perfect location! New dock and kayak lift was spectacular!

This property was Amazing!! The house was setup for entertaining. It was very spacious and comfortable. We were able to grill out and cook indoors.They had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The pool was very relaxing; we used it everyday. We were able to ride bikes and Kayak. Kayaking was made easy with the lift. It was easy to get in and out. Everyone loved the dock, especially at night with the green water light. We were able to see a manatee, lizards, iguanas, and all kinds of birds. The house is situated in a very quiet area and within good distance from Key West to Miami! The owners were great a communicated in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this property and would love to come back!

Our second time staying at this beautiful home and property and we are looking forward to coming back next summer! We love everything about this rental! The new dock is beautiful and very functional especially with the new kayak lift that was added. The new kitchen, master bath and flooring looks great! The host is very responsive if you have any questions. Truly a great rental home!

This is a beautiful property! We had one issue the AC but the owners addressed it quickly and were very accommodating on our needs. We plan to rent this house again in the future!

We all had a Great time…Again! We’ve stayed in this home before and loved it, so we came back for more! The kayak lift was new since our last visit and it was GREAT. Easy to use and the kayaks and paddle boards were great! We will definitely come back again! (Everything is a 5/5…I gave a 3 for cleanliness because of the floors and kitchen countertops, which were quickly remedied. It’s nothing that would stop anyone from enjoying this beautiful home in the water!!!) Love it!!!

This was our third time renting in the Keys and it was the best by far. It has everything - especially now that they have a super new dock and kitchen. It’s very private and calm without being isolated. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, all the beds are very comfortable, the pool area is fabulous - we particularly loved the pool because it’s much bigger than the usual ones - you can swim in it rather than just sitting! We also really appreciated the kayaks, paddle boards and bikes provided for guests. We loved going for an early morning bike ride!We had a slight problem with the spa but Joely was quick to respond and got it fixed so there are no worries there should any issues arise.We very much hope to rent this beautiful home again next year!

The home was great. We had plenty of room for 5 adults. We enjoyed the convenience of docking the boat at the house and left to fish early every day. Our hosts were responsive to any needs that came up, even offering pre-trip fishing advice which came in helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary for family meals and the screened porch overlooking the bay was an added plus. We took advantage of the bikes and kayak usage as well. Truly a lovely home to stay with family or friends.

The house was very clean and in fantastic shape! It was located close to all of the restaurants and attractions that we frequent during our annual Keys vacation. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a bit of privacy and close to everything the Keys have to offer.

Absolutely incredible property! The house was recently remodeled and the owners did a fabulous job at it. The pool is much larger than we expected and the new dock is incredible. We loved the privacy of the pool area and the ability to sit on the screened in porch to watch the boats go by. We docked our 24' CC easily at the dock and the channel to the ocean is easy and convenient. One of my boys caught mangrove snappers, grunts, and even a tarpon from the dock. Lots of manatees and dolphin as well. We look forward to returning!

Our family (myself, husband and 3 young adults) stayed here and had an amazing time! The house was perfect, clean and as advertised. We enjoyed exploring the keys but mostly hanging out by the pool and grilling. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at this house so much! The location was perfect. There is a lot to do in and around the immediate area. The pool is gorgeous and there is plenty of outdoor furniture. We rented a boat for a couple of days and docked it at the house. We saw manatees many times, and even saw dolphins swimming in the canal behind the house. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were all very comfy. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We would love to stay here again!

The house is wonderful. The location is so beautiful. No close neighbors when looking out at the water. We would do this again in a heartbeat!!!!!

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Near shopping and neccessities. Updated and clean with all the amenities you need!

The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The screened in porch and outdoor area was amazing. The bay is perfect for kayaking and it's a quick boat ride out to the ocean. The owners are very friendly, accessible, and accommodating. Our family has been coming to Marathon for several years and this has been our favorite place to stay by far, can't wait to stay again.

Loved the location. The home was very clean. We ate meals on the screened in porch. It was nice having the kayaks and paddleboards to use.

Great relaxing stay at this wonderful property. We were all relaxed and it felt like home. Communication was easy with owners and they made sure we had a wonderful stay. The house is in a beautiful location and has all the necessities. My husband and i spent most of our tine on the screened in porch that overlooks the pool and canal.

Lovely property on the water!!

My family and I absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Joley's place in Marathon. She is the perfect host and took the time to immediately respond to any of our questions or concerns. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and beautiful tropical surroundings made being outdoors such a treat! We loved fishing from the dock and appreciated the use of the Kayaks. Anyone wanting a conveniently located perfect vacation spot will love this home.
