Spacious Home, Directly on Gulf , Beautiful Sunsets, 2 Master Suites, 2 Kayaks

We loved our time in this home. The only negatives are that some of the commodities that were listed (ex: tp, bleach, etc) were not filled, but when the owners aren't nearby, they are not at fault, and it's an easy fix. The communication was great, the property was gorgeous and the view is breathtaking! We will be back!

1 Week in Marathon 05/30/26-06/06/26, Party of 6 - The property was nice, but not spectacular for the price, the view was the best part of the property. Had some issues, but the host was responsive to our concerns. There needs to be a deep clean of old items left behind by other guests such has sunscreens & shampoos/body washes. There was something I did noticed in one of the baskets of several bottles of sunscreens & old bottles of bubbles for kids that were on a cart by the indoor hot tub, I noticed that there was old fishing hooks & line just left there, if a small child went to grab anything in that basket they could have had a very serious injury, I threw out the line & hooks. The host ask that the guest sanitize the snorkeling masks (if you use them) with Clorox in the sink out in the garage, but there was no Clorox by the sink, the host also wants the guess to clean a load of towels when they checkout, but there was barely enough laundry soap to complete the loads of towels a family of 6 uses in a week. Overall, the property was acceptable, but host should consider updating and giving it a deep clean for the price guest pay for this place, PS you should probably change out the mattress in the Periwinkle room & get rid of the adjustable bed feature because it seems to be affecting the comfort of the mattress, it was very lumpy.

Sunsets are awesome. Second time we have stayed at this house. Everything with the house and property were great. When an issue did popped up the owners were very responsive and took care of the issue quickly

This house was as beautiful as the pictures showed it. My entire family loved it. From my children to grandkids. This was our first trip to the keys and it is beautiful. I would recommend a stay at this house to anyone.

This is our favorite rental home we’ve ever stayed at-there’s nothing we don’t love about it! The layout is great for 2 families and the waterfront location is fantastic. We snorkeled, kayaked and fished every day and saw many nurse sharks, eagle rays, parrot fish, bonnet head sharks, dolphins and more. This was our second time staying here and we plan to return someday.

Loved this house! We were a group of 4 couples vacationing together and this house worked out great! The backyard is second to none & the home was stocked with anything one might need while away from home. The host was very responsive when we had any questions or concerns. 5 out of 5!

Views were absolutely amazing. House was clean, beds comfortable. Could use some more kitchens cooking supplies. The hot tub attached to pool does not work which I was so looking forward to sitting in at sunset. They had one inside but not the same. Docking the boat was challenging but my husband has 20 plus years experience so we managed. They could update this also.

Had an inop microwave but the brought a replacement the next day.

The house is amazing and we really enjoyed our trip!

House was perfect for our family of 6. The pool and dock were awesome! Morning coffee on the dock and sunsets in the evening were the highlight of the trip! I would suggest having more cookware available. We cooked all of our meals at the house and would have liked to have more baking trays, pots, and frying pans. Beds were all very comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We consisted of two families enjoying this prime location in Marathon. The home, while sitting within a neighborhood, offers the feel of being private when looking out over the bay. It had all of the amenities that we needed. The pool was a refreshing way to end the day. Our too cool and hard to please teenagers loved fishing off the dock and watching the fish congregate around the underwater lights. Clean and sparkling when we arrived. Would stay and again.

Great place to cook great meals whether inside or outside. We spend a great time enjoying family time. Some of us were in the pool, others fishing outside and other using the jacuzzi. Great views and great sunsets. It is truly an amazing place.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was just as advertised. The views were incredible. We had so much fun fishing and snorkeling off the dock. We kayaked with a dolphin pod that came nearby. We saw a manatee swim by our first day at the property. The accommodations were great. We traveled with grandparents and three kiddos ranging in age from 10-18. Perfect for all. It is very well equipped, especially the kitchen- so nice! Also the property owners were easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had. Had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at this home on Gulf in paradise and cannot wait until we can go again. We love this home and location. Family of 3 adult couples had plenty of space to spread out or come together. The sunsets on the dock or from the pool are spectacular. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We caught fish from the dock, kayaked, rented jet skis, snorkeled, visited the Turtle Hospital. We cooked and grilled occasionally and enjoyed breakfast and dinner out at several great local restaurants. This house has everything we needed or wanted! This property sets the standard for other properties to live up too. It may cost a little more but it is well worth it! Cannot wait to return.

This beautiful property exceeded all of our expectations. The home is lovely but the outdoor spaces is where this property really shines. We hope to return sometime in the future.

The week was wonderful.

Our family of 8, all 22 and above, absolutely loved this home! The pictures truly do not do it justice and cannot capture the amazing and beautiful sunsets! This home has everything you need from linens and towels, beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, shampoo, soap, band-aids, first aid kit and items, even a cabinet labeled essentials you may have forgotten with all sorts of items, including birthday candles and napkins which we used to celebrate my husband's birthday. These hosts really go above and beyond to make you feel at home! The hosts are also super responsive and even gave us heads up about maintenance going on. The location is great as well, being in close proximity to area attractions, fishing, and restaurants. We will most definitely be back!

The house is very well appointed with almost anything you may need! The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is very quiet. We saw parrot fish, manatees, shark, snapper and tarpon off the dock! The host is very responsive and helpful! Would love to be repeat guests!

We have now stayed at this house a few times. Always see fish, sharks, and dolphins. Great sunset views and the pool is awesome and good shade on the porch or in the tiki hut. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful ocean front home. Gorgeous sunset views. Spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Suited all 9 of us (2 kids and 7 adults). Lovely screened-in porch with hot tub and eating area. The outside pool was used every day and the tiki hut was great for reading. We used the grill and fish cleaning station multiple times. Convent location to stores and restaurants. Could have used a few new pots and pans and a proprietary ice machine, but other than that we would highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family. Some stayed in the pool the whole time while others fished off of the dock. We caught such a variety of fish that we had to google what they were. From the dock we saw manatees swim by, saw rays and even had some dolphins put on a show! Centrally located and it was perfect for multiple ages. This was our favorite place to stay in the keys so far!!

We have stayed here twice for our girls trip. It is a magical stay where you will spend 99% of your time outside. The neighbors are kind sharing delicious fruits from their garden. The sunsets are unreal!

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Everything was perfect and the hosts were very responsive when we had a question. The home, screened porch and tiki hut were very comfortable and we spent many hours out there enjoying the pool and the gulf view. We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

This property is wonderful. The location is beautiful. The backyard was the highlight for us...great pool and outdoor living area, the sunsets where amazing! The hosts where easy to contact where very friendly. We would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Property

This is the third time our family has vacationed in marathon and stayed at this property. It’s beautiful views and host is super responsive. Kitchen is perfect for having meals at home. Pool and views are amazing. We always enjoy our time. Thank you!

Best trip we had with adult cousins!!! We all needed to get away and had the best time and weather. Saw a manatee with her baby, dolphins, hammerhead shark, Pelligans, comerants and had a tarpon come every night in the light by the dock. Loved being out on the dock morning and night. Hope to come back in a couple years!!!

Sunsets on the Gulf is absolutely amazing! The house is very spacious with all modern amenities, yet cozy & beautifully decorated--the 6 adults in our group had all the privacy we wanted as well as great spaces to congregate, both inside & out--super clean & very well-equipped. Words pale to adequately describe the breathtaking views of the sunsets & the gulf--endless sky & water! An expertly landscaped & stunning waterfront! property! Incredibly beautiful pool & large hot tub, both very well-maintained! The pier, simply spectacular--we fished (a lot!), kayaked, star-gazed, watched varieties of water birds, dolphin, manatee, sand shark, loggerhead turtle & shiny dancing tarpon in the night lights! Also great for boat docking, but we were just too busy enjoying the property this time! The Tiki Hut was our daily go-to--night & day, perfect for grilling, outside dining or just relaxing in the shade! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood; convenient to great shopping, restaurants & other sight-seeing (if you really want to go out, but not likely, hah!). Maria is an excellent, very responsive host & made everything so easy (thanks!)! Though tempted to keep it our own little secret for return trips, it wouldn't be fair not to share what a little piece of heaven SOTG truly is for others to enjoy as well:0)
