Just recently renovated from a lower level area to a cool cozy living space that consists of approx. 1000 square feet of living with a beautiful view of the surrounding channel out to the gulf of mexico. The house upstairs is a separate living area that is also rentable. If you have an extended family or a large group of friends that need separate space the upstairs is a 3bed/2bath home with 2700 sq ft living area. I do not rent to two separate parties. So if you are renting the downstairs I Do Not rent the upstairs!! This way you and your party are the only ones to have use of the lanai and pool area. There is a short notice: Being this is a bottom level renovation, the ceilings are short of 7'. So if you are over 6'3 this place may be too short for your liking. The sliding glass door leads you out to a screened lanai that is as big as the living space. There is table and chairs along with lounging chairs for your convenience. And just steps outside of the lanai is a beautiful pool and spa surrounded by a travertine deck with composite decking down to a private dock for your boat or kayak. There are 3 kayaks a canoe and a paddleboard on site for you to take at your leisure and enjoy the beautiful scenery that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. brbrWe offer a large pool, large floating dock for you to utilize with your boat, or you can rent one nearby. From our dock you are less than 5 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. There is a boat ramp nearby if you choose to bring your own boat. Boat rental available on the north channel that will deliver a boat directly to the dock. Enjoy fishing, going to the the sand bar, restaurants on the water, and island hopping. You could also enjoy the Jacuzzi in the summer by turning the temperature down and using it as a mini pool to cool off. The owner also owns a lot within walking distance on the water, that, with a one week or more rental, we will allow you to use our kayaks for free!! You could also fish off of our private dock. There is plenty of parking.. This is a golf cart friendly community and the activities in this town are endless. There’s also a large communal pool with a large waterslide and recreation center with tennis and pickle ball and many other activities. It is a very small fee for day use. It is a county run recreation center very clean and it is approximately six dollars for the use for the day.
