The St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground are a bike ride away. The happening shopping, culinary and arts scene of charming and historic Apalachicola, is just a 20 minute drive. brbrThis area of the island, with the quiet uncrowded beach, has families and friends returning year after year! brbrThe exterior of this home offers under house, concrete parking with covered entry & EV charger.brbrThere are up to four covered parking spaces under the home for guest use. brbrLocated on the quiet East End of St. George island; an easy walk to the state park, via the beach or the paved bike path in front, of the house.brbrBike or walking friendly. There is a bike/walking path, in front of the house that goes from the East end state park, to the west end of the island. Vehicles are allowed on Gulf Beach drive. Golf cart rentals are available on the island. Road friendly golf-carts (with a license plate, also known as low speed vehicles) are available for rent on the island and may be driven on Gulf Beach Dr. It is important that guests rent golfcarts that have a license plate to avoid any ordinance violations.brbrEV friendly charging port, with a J-1772 charger & NEMA 14-50 outlet available for guests with EVs.
