On the first floor, it will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom will have open water views. Both the guest bathroom and en suite bathroom feature rain showers. When you head upstairs, you will see two large master suites, each with its own private balcony and glass railings for ample views of the open water.
