Enjoy lots of games, Ping Pong Table, 2 Bikes, Corn Hole, Fishing poles, Ring Toss, Beach and Pool Toys and more!brbrThis gorgeous, 5-bedroom, 4 full baths with upscale décor and modern coastal feel, has 2293 square feet of living area and features an expansive master suite upstairs with a King bed, en suite bath, spacious closet, and private balcony, facing the water with a balcony. There is a Junior master on the main level (just to the left as you enter), also with a king-size bed. There is a hall bathroom next to this bedroom. The 3rd guest room (closest to parking area) has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom, off the hall upstairs), has a queen size bed and the 5th bedroom (off the hall upstairs) has a set of bunks with a trundle underneath. The two bedrooms off the hall upstairs share a bathroom across the hallway. There are 6 TVs. Living Room and Master have cable and all others can stream to it via xfinity app and also have Roku. Designated high-speed wireless internet throughout the home is free. There is a maximum of 12, including all children, allowed by the City of Marathon. brbrPineapple Tides also has a pack n play with a mattress and sheets, a high chair, children's dishes and baby gate. There are also games for all ages!brbrPineapple Tides boasts open living space, quartz countertops, a waterfall island with seating, a dry bar entertainment area, a large balcony on each floor, and a private pool. The ground level has a large covered area with seating, a Webber grill, and a fenced yard. There is covered parking for two and additional first come first serve parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. The Tides at Vaca Cut community has a gated entrance, private dock access with 30' of assigned dockage with power and water, whips to secure your boat, fish cleaning station, and a waterfront gazebo. Situated in the heart of the Florida Keys within walking distance to restaurants, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, and various water activities, while a short drive to Sombrero Beach (5.3 miles) and Coco Plum Beach z93.5 miles), Bahia Honda State Park (16.4 miles), Islamorada (40 minutes), or Key West (1 hour).brbrThe kitchen includes everything you may need to cook and more (dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, Blender, food processor, crockpot, air fryer, hand mixer, Keurig for your coffee, kids dishes, bartender tools). There is an attached bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate shower and bathtub. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds. There’s another full bath upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs.brbrThe Villa is oriented east / west. The entrance and guest rooms face the east and get the morning sun filtered through the trees. The deck off the living area and master bedroom face west providing sunsets over the bay as beautiful as anywhere on the planet.brbrThe lighted, covered parking for Villa 46 is situated directly across from the Villa making loading and unloading as convenient as possible.brbrAdditionally, the boat slip for the unit is conveniently located off the back deck. The slip has 120V electricity and fresh water with the fish cleaning station close by. Often there are manatees in the channel and nice mangrove snappers hiding in the mangroves on the far side of the channel. Light fishing tackle is located in one of the master bedroom closets.brbrAlthough Indigo Reef is itself a quiet and serene setting, Villa 46 has recently added hurricane proof glass for all exterior doors and windows making the unit one of the quietest at Indigo Reef.brbrTo make my home more user friendly I added a desk because I know some people need to do a little work even when they are on vacation and there is a Bluetooth speaker if you like to listen to music or watch movies on your laptop or cell phone/tablet. Secure Wi-Fi is available throughout the Villa and unsecured Wi-Fi is available in the area of the pool.brbrRegarding entertainment at Villa 46, there is a HUGE flat screen smart TV in the main living area that offers Comcast cable HD channels. There is also a 55 flat screen cable TV in the master bedroom along with a Blue-ray player and there’s another smaller flat screen TV in the queen bedroom. An under counter radio / CD player with remote is located by the breakfast bar.brbrI’ve also added a buffet and hutch to expand the space for dishes, silverware and groceries for those who enjoy eating at home once in a while and those planning on longer stays like me. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, cookie sheets, etc… and a wide variety of miscellaneous kitchen utensils. There are also plenty of dishes and silverware. And don't miss the wine rack next to the refrigerator with wine and margarita glasses. Charcoal barbecue grills are also available near the docks for those that love to grill outdoors.brbrThere is a unique table in the living area with 4 slide out stools which makes for an excellent game table for family board games should you encounter a few hours of inclement weather. I've also added a portable corn hole game for times when you'd just like to play outdoors in the back yard.brbrVilla 46 is a perfect distance away from the pool- close, but not to close to be disturbed by all the fun. The pool, which is a large, salt water pool, is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. There are typically pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas in the Villa.brbrIndigo Reef has a small gym with weights, bike, treadmill and elliptical machine. Many people also walk/run along the sidewalks and private entrance lane.brbrIndigo Reef is a gated community sitting on 10 acres with a beautiful natural Florida Keys landscape. There is a fitness center if you would like to keep your schedule while on vacation, a community pool, ice machine and 30ft (overall length) of dockage per unit.brbr**THERE ARE NO TRAILERS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. **brbr** THE HOA DOES REQUIRE PROOF OF YOUR BOAT INSURANCE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. **brbrIF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT PLEASE MAKE STORAGE ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
