The back yard faces South and the two story home blocks the frigid north winds this area can get in the fall, winter and spring making the back yard up to 15 degrees warmer in the cooler months. That aspect can make or break a trip if weather does not cooperate. Back inside the home you will notice the maple inspired laminate flooring throughout, that compliments the farmhouse dinner table with the gather sign calling for all to come, sit, eat, drink and create memories that will last long after your trip to this wonderful beach town and home.
