The front yard can be gated completely (very helpful for dog owners).brbrThe guests have access to everything in the house.brParking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and can fit 2 vehicles on the street.brbrI am extremely social & love meeting new people, so if you have any questions about the city or anything, I am happy to help. I try to be a quick to respond as I can. There is only local traffic on the street.brIn Jax Beach, bikers have the right away at all times and there are a lot of us! You will see several people riding around on bicycles, especially on the weekend.brbrI highly recommend riding bikes if possible, its the way to go!brParking can be difficult at times at Jax & Atlantic Beach but it is possible. Or you can park anywhere for $5.brbrThere is also a free ride service called “Beachside Buggies”. You can download their app and get free rides to anywhere in Atlantic, Neptune, and Jax beach. This is how I get around and it is amazing. Not only is it free but it supports local business. Just remember to tip your drivers!brbrThere is a lawn service that is performed every Monday. There may be noise between 9 am - 2 pm on Mondays.brbrCANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.brWe ask that you wash all dishes (sink or dishwasher) before leaving.
