Beach, restaurants, shopping and near Mayo Clinic!

While we ended up not using the reservation due to very cold weather during that trip I do have to commend the host for their hospitality before & day of. They very responsive & accommodating to all our questions. They even understood our concerns about the colder weather prior to the check-in. They were also understanding when we decided collectively as a group not to go on the day of check-in. While I can’t speak on the actual house I can attest to the host & that was positive.

This rental was the perfect location for our multi-generational trip. Very close to the beach, a great brunch spot around the corner and a quick response regarding a small communication. The large couch was perfect for football and movie watching!

The house was exactly what the pictures made you expect. Beautiful and spacious living area, and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the bells and whistles our family needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The living room fit my family of 6 to watch football games. (The sectional was so comfortable). The dining room area was nice for card games. Loved the open kitchen, dining room and living room concept! The fenced in back yard worked excellent for our fur baby! The gas grill worked great! The 2 full bathrooms were a must for us! The host was readily available for pop up questions! We will definitely seek out this host again!

The house was wonderful. Exactly like the pictures and as described. Owner answered quickly with any questions we had.

House was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of construction in the area but not the property’s fault. Close to beach and perfect weather. Would book again!

Great place

Roomy enough for 3 generations to vacation and enjoy/relax. Kids had space to play, large sofa for movies, big table for card games and a jigsaw puzzle.

I booked this placed for my dad and his workers and it was absolutely amazing!! She had great communication with me the full time and answered all my questions with out any doubts 10/10 experience!! Thank you again.

We came out to visit JAX for the Jags game and this was a great place to stay. Lots of room, clean, quiet and within reasonable walking distance of wherever we wanted to go. Good spot.

This house was perfect for three buddies and I who were in town for a wedding. The house was close to a couple of golf courses we played, and less than a mile from the wedding festivities. With four rooms, we each had our own and the living space was all we needed when sitting around or playing cards. Everything was clean with linens and towels and a full kitchen - along with some welcoming snacks. The whole process of getting into the place and closing up was easy. Would stay here again!

Very nice place with a great yard for animals. Within walking distance to the Beach. The Jax Beach Brunch Haus is right around the corner and it was delicious.
