Beach Villa with Movie Theater

Great location. Perfect for what we needed!

This is a basic house. Loved the location and price. Some rooms are pretty nicely finished but details are not perfect like a broken toilet paper holder and missing sink drain stoppers in bathrooms. Had to buy a cheap table cloth for the deck table that was in sad shape. The little stuff was a bit annoying.However, for the price and convenient location, we can look past and chalk it up to you get what you pay for.

The house is close to the beach. We really enjoyed the movie room with the popcorn machine.

Accommodations were great for the money. Only issues were the 2 patio doors would not open. Living room TV was difficult to navigate due to no instructions. Had to stream from personal devices. Downstairs bedroom tv had no remote.

The theater room was a nice area to hang out.

Really nice place super cute… just couldn’t figure out how to open the door for the balcony but I do understand that can be common with being close to the sea with all the salt. Also couple stains on bedding but nothing crazy. Overall was a really good stay.

Overall the location and massive beach house was a great spot to reserve. The place had plenty for space being 3 floors and walking distance to anything you need such as coffee, food and bar hopping. Unfortunately the place needs some patch work such as broken door handles, old fridge with no button control and rats or animals outside as well we discovered getting into the trash.

Overall property was great. Needed a little TLC to get it back to excellent.

The place was outstanding and was easy to get into and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Tons of extra bonuses there.

Great House in a great location but needs cleaning some repairs painting. we could not enjoy the outside area because the table and chairs were all rusted barbecue was very dirty.

Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach

Great location. As described. Clean and contemporary. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for our stay. Safe neighborhood and close to everything including a short walk to the beach and public pier in Jax beach. Would definitely recommend.

Amenities were poorly maintained. Could be a very nice place if things were properly cleaned, maintenance performed, host checked functionality of appliances and furniture and overall overseeing of the property to be sure it is as advertised.

It was okay, it had potential if someone was there to take care of it. The amenities need to be checked on to make sure they are in working order. The remotes, some did not have batteries. The grill didint have enough gas. 2 grills neede to be trashed.

Property location is good. Was not clean on arrival(beer bottles and caps all over the patio and garage theatre). Gaming system does not work. Internet didn’t work. Popcorn machine used and not cleaned. Garbage on the ground at entrance, garage and patio. Unit has seen better days

Great experience. Kids had a blast. Bring towles, laundry detergent ect.

We rented this house for an event that several of us needed to attend about 10 minutes away from the property. Our stay was Friday evening only- we all checked out by 7:45am the next day. One of the guests accidentally left her toiletry bag hanging on the back of the hook in one of the bathrooms and did not realize it until very very late Saturday evening. We located the number for Kurt and began texting & calling him multiple times hoping we could arrange a time to come get it. Kurt has not replied once.

The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. It was a beautiful home with lots of sleeping room. Short walk to lots to do. Will definitely stay here again if ever traveling to Jacksonville.

This was a super beautiful and cozy house for 8 of us. Plenty of room, plenty of cute restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The theatre was a fun addition Host was super quick to respond to messages. Will definitely be staying here again when werein the area

Stayed here with friends for my daughter’s 14th birthday and they had a blast! Awesome location, right across from the beach with nice restaurants and even a candlemaking place within a few steps. Well-maintained and beautifully decorated property, lots of room for people to spread out. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful and spacious home. We had enough room for our group of 6. If we ever come back to Jacksonville Beach we definitely come back.

We had a pleasant stay at this rental located just off the A1A in Jacksonville Beach. Although it wasn’t one of the best I’ve recently experienced, the property’s proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers made it a great choice. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time with my son playing NBA Jam.

We intended to stay one night before joining a group of family on a cruise out of Jacksonville. Hurricane Helene had another idea. Cruise was delayed by 32 hours. Our host allowed us an extra day with a late check out. Thank you! The kids loved watching Disney movies in the theater when the rain came. Having the beach nearby during the sunny moments was great. Location is the best!

Stayed here with friends for a vacation, the house is great, roomy, and the location is perfect. Will definitely want to stay again in the future

Not knowing property was 3 levels made a difficult challenge for my wife and I because of our health and age. The rest of the family was fine but had I known it was 3 storied would not have rented.

Clean, plenty of space, close to everything, nice selection of activities! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

It was really great! The host gave us an early check-in time as requested. The only issue was checking in it said I would receive check in directions three days before, and I had to reach out morning of to get them. Not a big deal at all though the host was super quick to respond. The only two things I noticed was a cockroach on the flor in the first floor bedroom,and the door to the garage does not lock. Otherwise super clean and a great place to stay!
