HAVE IT ALL with floating dock, commercial icemaker and deepest canal in town!

This place is very comfortable and convenient to many places to eat and see ! The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are friendly ! We have a boat and did a lot of fishing ! Saw manatees , dolphins and eagles on every trip ! Although we had to leave early because of family emergencies the landlords were very understanding and helpful ! We will definetly return for another stay !!!

Great place to stay with comfortable beds, two living rooms, screened porch, large deck, ice machine and other things that make this a great place for a family. Kitchen is well stocked and nicely decorated.

We have stayed here the last couple of years for Memorial Day weekend and plan to book again next year. The house, floating dock, and easy access to the gulf make this the perfect place for us to stay. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

Stayed for an extended weekend and although we were rained out 2 of the days it was a great place. Kids and us played cards on the card table and we enjoyed a girls movie night and boys movie night in separate living rooms. Clean and spacious with 3 king beds our family of 4 slept great. Nice living area and the screen porch was great too. Floating dock was perfect for our stay and we will be back again soon!

We were at this property for an extended amount of time and loved every minute of it !The home is very well equipped with all that you need! The neighborhood was peaceful. The home is very convenient to many restaurants and activities. We loved the boat dock and convenient to access Crystal River in a short time. The owner is very friendly, attentive and fast to respond to any questions or concerns. We will be going back if all goes well !

After 2 devastating hurricanes in the area, the owners worked hard to make sure the place was ready for our reservations. The place met our needs, the owners were available to our needs and the neighbors were very pleasant. We were able to habe a relaxing visit with our local family. Beautiful view Nd cer comfortable and well equipped rental.

Wonderful experience! Location is central to all activities Crystal River has to offer. Excellent amenities. Boat dock and channel was perfect to accommodate 28' Center console. Would highly recommend quant property.

Our family usually vacations in the outer banks and recently Hilton Head Island. For reasons I won't bore you with this year we were not able to do this. Years ago I saw a fishing special on ESPN that took place in Crystal River and have wanted to visit there ever since. This area is spectacular! Lots to do and see and if you don't want to do anything at all you can just sit in the shade of a tremendous oak? that covers the whole back deck and floating dock and just relax

This was a wonderful place to stay. Wealthy was always in contact and very helpful, the place was cozy and right on the water which made it easy to get the boat in and out to the ocean. One of our best experiences!

My wife and I stayed and was truly impressed with the quiet location. We enjoyed the extra care it takes to make someone's stay pleasant. The boat docking and location to Crystal River is great. This is a great place to stay in Crystal River especially if you are bringing a boat. It is located on a deep water canal just off the river. There is a floating dock, water hose, fish cleaning station and power. I have a 23ft Sea Hunt, but the dock would accommodate a much larger boat. There is plenty of space to park your trailer across the street. The house was clean and furnished with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house in quiet area right on the river access canal. Had everything we needed and more. :-)
