House was amazing. Perfect location for day trips. Hosts were super helpful and quick with communication. Our family will be returning!

This is the perfect home for families and friends to gather, relax and play! Access to the canal, outdoor fire pit/patio, screened in pool, sun room with shuffle board, darts, pool table, poker table, closet of games, TWO kitchens, more TVs than any one house needs, it was lovely!

Very very nice house and very accommodating host was exceptionally nice. My family and I came from Michigan for my daughter’s wedding and it definitely was roomy enough for the bridal party to get ready. The pool is amazing and we were able to rent a local pontoon boat and drive it right up the canal to the house to take breaks as needed and such!! Will definitely be staying again!!

Wonderful host and absolutely beautiful home. We so enjoyed being able to have our family come together and have room to spread out. The kayaks were so much fun! Thank you for a great stay!!!!!

Compared to other places we’ve stayed everything stood out. Can not think of anything that would have made our stay any better

We had 12 people in total with 5 kids from 2-12, and we all LOVED this house. The layout was phenomenal, the location was wonderful. We LOVE the screened in deck/pool, and that it was heated. The owner was EXTREMELY thorough and our communication was flawless. We 10/10 recommend this property!!!

Amazing place! So much to do if it rains & your stuck inside! Pool- pool table- poker table- shuffleboard- ping pong- backgammon - darts... WOW! Absolutely worth staying here. Even have plenty of parking.... cars- biats- trailers. 3 docks & the dock seating area is over the top awesome.So happy we found this place

This place is the best. Tons of space, huge dock for multiple boats, big pool. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time and this house can easily accommodate a large group. There was a ton for the kids to do and it’s one of the closer neighborhoods to get out to the gulf. Plenty of boat parking and the ice machine was great to have.

The host are extremely accommodating, friendly and the house is huge! We love staying at this location and look forward to it every year!

This property provided so many amenities that made our week long stay so enjoyable. Fishing and exploring the waters around Crystal River was a primary goal… the floating docks accommodated our 2 boats in the quiet, protected canal. Access to the river was easy and quick.The house was amazing! So many games and activities to keep the kids and adults happy. This place provides everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation!

We had an amazing experience at this VRBO! The owners were absolutely wonderful—so sweet, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. It’s clear they put a lot of care and intention into every detail of the home. The layout was perfect, and the accommodations went above and beyond—everything we could possibly need was provided, and then some!The game room and pool were big hits with everyone, and the spacious parking made things super convenient for our group. You can really tell this home was designed with comfort and enjoyment in mind. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch rental experience!

Communication before, during and after our stay was top-notch! We were pleased with the size of the house and property as well as the plethora of games, etc. It all made for a really fun family reunion.

the host was very nice and someone very helpful to getting to know the area.the house is very cool and plenty of things to do.the town and surrounding towns in Citrus county is a major plus,my wife and i think its the best of Florida.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. There were many hours spent in the pool and the game room. House is very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. If we are ever heading back to the area we would definitely book again. Hosts were very easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

They are still recovering from the flood. The house is in pretty good shape again. They have kayaks, a pool table, table tennis, bikes, washer and dryers. Lots of things to do insite. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans. The poo l was not working. So that was a didappoinyment. They tried hard to gey it going. Overall a great place to stay. A was notb

We had a large group for Christmas/New Years. The owner worked hard to get the house back in shape for us after a major hurricane (Helene) hit the area a few months prior and we all had a great time.

We loved staying at this home. It had all the things you could think of and more! We had so much fun with all of the amenities and enjoyed having the pool after a long day on the water! We hope to return again!

The home was perfect, ideal for all of us 3 senior couples and grands visited saturday. We could choose which activity we wanted, swim in pool, sit by boat deck, read in quiet room in evening, plenty of tv's for out of heat activity, All kitchen equipment was provided, towels for pool or bathrooms, washing machine for towels that we used. Two kitchens equipped for our drinks and for specialty diets as vegetrian gluten-free. We walked daily to archaelogical museum or down streets for exercise. Highly recommend, owners contacted us if we had any questions, so polite , we are blessed
