Stayed Jan 15, 2026This house has it all. It is so pretty and has a great view of the big spring . The boat ramp is 5 minutes away and the docking facility at the house was great. Very conveniently located to all restaurants .

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Our family had a wonderful two night stay for our annual scalloping trip. This location was fantastic, as it was on the waterfront and was close to both Pete’s Pier and Twin Rivers Marina. There’s a spring near by the house that was a fun exploration. The interior is nicely decorated, with some unique nautical characteristics that make you truly feel like you’re on vacation. The kitchen had all of the essentials we needed to cook for multiple days for the family. The beds were comfortable, and the home is spacious. There is a large fenced in yard on the waterfront, with gorgeous sunset views. The back porch is completely screened in, which is a necessity it Florida! Definitely would recommend!

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We loved our time with another family at this rental! The space was very unique with so many interesting design details! It was very cool to be located right on King’s Bay where we could keep our boat in the water for easy access to restaurants, springs and scalloping!
