Beautifully rehabbed home. Very clean. Very comfortable master bed. Kitchen fully outfitted with clean utensils and pans. Ping pong a fun plus! Kayaks right outside the back door. Best of all - Josh was always available and most accommodating - recommended some good restaurants and was most kind helping us navigate the TV. Great choice for a family.

This was a fabulous place for our family to see the manatees in Crystal River. Plenty of kayaks provided. Large play area for the kids with foosball table and ping-pong table and lots of games for all ages. Very comfortable home with everything we needed.

The home was beautiful and the location was perfect! So close to town and Three sister springs. Josh the host was quick to respond, great communication. The home had everything well stocked and was very clean. Our kids really enjoyed the bonus game room and game options. It was a fun and relaxing getaway and we will be back!

Such a perfect house for our group. Spacious, very clean, had everything one could need. The host was super responsive, and left a beautiful welcome basket. Lots of games for the kiddos and adults. Easy to dock our boat. I would recommend this place over and over.

Waterfront location - easy access to Kings Bay springs and less than 30 minutes to scalloping and fishing. owner manager is very responsive. Definitely would rent again.

The good: Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Vey nice setting on the canal. Lots of birds. You can use up to 5 kayaks for free.The bad: Two new houses are being built right now, one opposite the road and one on the same side, one house away. 3 out of 7 days there was a lot of construction noise starting 8 a.m.. We understand that hurricanes can destroy houses and that they have to be rebuilt, but we would have appreciated to be informed before we booked. Lots of flies in the evening, impossible to sit outside after 6 p.m.

Josh & Erica’s place was perfect for our stay. Communication and support from the hosts was exceptional and Josh went out of his way to accommodate every need and concern. Arrival and check in was a breeze. Pictures do not do it justice! Beds were comfy, shading in bedrooms was perfect to catch some sleep even after the sun was rising. The ping pong table was the perfect place to spir some fun family competition! Thank you!

This was a wonderful property! Clean, up to date, well stocked. Really enjoyed the back dock and use of the kayaks! Tried fishing off dock- no luck.Very convenient to all our activities and good restaurants.Josh very easy to work with and very responsive before and during our stay.

This house was immaculate, newly renovated, furnished for a great gathering, beds were comfortable and an awesome well supplied kitchen. Open floorpan is ideal for viewing the 75 inch TV in Great Room. Air conditioned Sun Room is a perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon adult beverage. Dock was perfect for boat with easy access to the river and 30 minute ride to Gulf. It is a short paddle to the springs. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. This house is better tan described in write up. The owner, Josh provided me info for putting boat in water and answered very promptly. Josh, you have done an excellent job in providing an awesome experience for your renters. Thanks and I will be back!
