Boulder Ridge features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2,200 square foot rustic modern style home. Vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, granite countertops, flat-screen satellite TV, and satellite internet (not fast enough for streaming and video calling). Queen beds in every bedroom along with a click-clack full-size futon in the loft (not recommended for adults). The master bath has a large soaking tub with a walk-in shower. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. Washer and dryer are on-site with detergent provided. Weber BBQ, we provide the propane. All the basic kitchen amenities are provided for your convenience. There are 3 parking spots for normal size vehicles year-round. AIR CONDITIONING AND WIFI Oversized vehicles there are 2 spots. Relax on the spacious deck, patio, and bedroom balconies and enjoy glorious sunsets. Enjoy views from every room, in the cozy living area near the gas fireplace, and even from the king-sized bathtub and the enclosed glass shower in the master bathroom. Located just minutes away from the most visited sights in the Park! The driveway is on a slope with a narrow parking spot at the top. There's room for at least one more car on the driveway. Cement steps, about 12, lead up to the house, and there are stairs inside.. so be prepared for a bit of exercise on arrival. We find that sort of bucket-brigade approach to unloading makes it easier... one or two bring supplies to the house, and others bring them upstairs to the living areas. Take your time, and enjoy the birds-eye view! brbrbrWhen exciting, back up carefully until you can proceed forward down the other side of the horseshoe - it's steep, so go slowly and be aware of the dip at the bottom.brbrbrWhile Bird's-eye Vista is situated on a mountain slope to take advantage of the expansive forest views and the Merced Valley, a bit of patience and neighborly cooperation is so appreciated.
