Located on the first floor of a duplex, you will have use of the entire first floor with a private entrance using a keypad which includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a patio area. brbrThe spacebrbrEnjoy your relaxing time in Venice while enjoying your morning coffee on the outdoor patio. This first level duplex is located between Venice Beach and the Venice Canals (1 block in either direction will take you to the beach or the canals). This home is located walking distance to Venice Beach and the ever popular Abbott Kinney Street with restaurants and shops. Take lovely walks on the canals to the beach and enjoy the sunset (beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels provided), Muscle Beach, or even play a game of paddle tennis at Venice Beach (paddles and balls provided).brbrThe house has a Ring video surveillance camera located outside the perimeter of the property and front door and front and rear gates for security that are motion detected and record video and sound and will be active for the duration of your stay.brbrGuest accessbrbrAs a guest of our home, you will have full access to the first floor of the duplex with a private entry using a keypad. This portion of our house has:br• two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size murphy bedbr• a living room with a couch with electronic reclining seats;br• smart tv's located in the living room and both bedrooms;br• a kitchen with new appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave), a coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, waffle maker.
