Architectural Venice Beach Dream House - 100% Walk Score!

Great location in Venice CA. Street parking was easy to find even though it's so close to the beach. Design of house is nice, and as shown in the pictures. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking pots/pans and worked well, and living room was spacious and comfortable. Front entry keypad was a continuous issue, but owner was responsive when called. Master bedroom shades are broken, as were lamps in one of the guest rooms, and rooms missing closet doors and other details that would have been nice for the cost of the place. Fixable issues for an otherwise nice stay.

Hiccup with the door lock getting in, but the host was super helpful. Beyond that, it was a great trip and perfect for what my family needed. It was also nice to be near Abbott Kinney and the grocer etc.

Twin Palms was a delight to stay in for our girls getaway. We had 4 people, ample space, and access to good food and excellent shopping on Abbot Kinney. Collin was a responsive and helpful host. The beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing 4 night stay. We will be back to explore Venice further. Thank you for your hospitality, Collin!

Loved the host, location and kitchen! Our host was exceptionally responsive! We biked 500 miles on The Strand…and it was essentially right outside our front door! We are back in Minnesota, but I so wish we were in Venice Beach! Thanks for a special, wonderful, long stay!

The house was fair. When we checked in there were long dark hairs and sand on every floor. Visible lint hanging from the bathroom and hallway air vents. There was a weird rigging of plumbing in the mater bath. Low water pressure left a LOT to be desired, in showers and tub. Main bath had only 1 glass panel so the floor was covered with water after every use. Even the door lock with keypad was very difficult to see the numbers in order to open. The wallpaper was taped to the wall with clear tape. Lights difficult to figure out, and the neon sign wasn’t working. However, the host was prompt with responses, because neither the security system nor the WiFi worked. For the amount we paid for our stay, I expected a premium experience and this was not that. The best part of the place was the location.

Stayed at this lovely Venice property for a week. Clean and well-appointed throughout. Erewhon and Abbot Kidney were within short walk and delightful. Owner/Manager was responsive and attentive. Street parking was a bit of challenge but manageable. Water pressure in the shower could improve but all in all, 5 out 5.

Fabulous location! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, just a short walk from the Venice canals. The house was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and had a well equipped kitchen. We highly recommend it.

We were displaced by the Palisades Fire and needed a place for our family of and a dog. The house worked and had plenty of living, dining and kitchen space. Location was great. Canal market a stones throw away. Canal streets were great for evening walks. Centrally located to the beach and also Marina Del Rey for any thing you need from Costco, Bevmo, Tons of Restaurants on Washington and all the services you need

Great house, exactly as pictured. Good location, the only bummer was no dedicated parking but at this time of year we did not have an issue. Collin is super nice and extremely responsive!
