Middle of nowhere adjacent, close to town and attractions, but not too close. Perched in the foothills of Joshua Tree National Park, with views of the Morongo Basin and the park. A two mile drive to the North gate of the park. 2 minute drive to town for shopping or dining. Open living room, dining room and kitchen. A long hallway gets you to all of the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. The Rock bedroom has a queen bed and the Cowgirl bedroom has a queen bed as well. The pink and white bathroom has the original lighted vanity. Topload washer and dryer are behind an accordion door. The primary bedroom is a unique space with an en-suite that has a freestanding tub and large walk in shower behind a breeze block wall. There is a patio off the primary bedroom. There is a patio in the back of the house and a breezeway between the casita and the main house. The garage of the casita has a pool table, darts and a stereo. The casita is under construction. Guests can enjoy the whole property, but if it’s locked it’s off limits. I am a text or a phone call away. Hanson Area - West of Utah Trail The National Park is 2.5 minutes south of the house. The town is 4 minute northwest of the house. This house is pet free. Including service animals.

Enjoy the desert.brEntire house is yours to enjoy. You are sure to be in comfort with both swamp cooling and air conditioning, as well as a heater and a gas fireplace. Or just open the front and back doors and enjoy the amazing cross breeze. Unwind and watch the sunset from the very private front patio. Hang out and barbecue out back in the large back yard- better yet, have cocktails on the enclosed front patio in the jacuzzi.brThere is a fully stocked kitchen with an ice maker in the refrigerator and a dishwasher. Coffee and seasonings are provided, as are dishes, pots, and pans. If you don't feel like cooking indoors, use the propane grill on the rear patio.brThe living room features a fireplace, sofa, love seat, and big screen, smart TV. The TV comes with cable and netflix.
