NEW TO OUR PROGRAM! The Burdick cabin is a lake front home with a private pier. To access the house you go will have to go down stairs from the garage. When you enter the home to the open concept modern kitchen, dining room and living room. This rustic mountain cabin offers beautiful views of Donner Lake while you cozy up next to the wood burning fire in the winter or BBQ on the large deck in the summer. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level that both have a queen bed. The second level is accessed by a shallow ladder and leads to the 3rd bedroom and loft that both contain 2 twin beds. There are bathrooms located on both levels of the home as well. Off of the back deck there are stairs to get down to the ground level to take the short trail down the hill to the private pier. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 in the driveway. The 7 bed (4.5 bedroom), 3.5 bath mountain contemporary house was built in the late 2000's and is unique for it's large living space, totaling 3,600 square feet - ideal for a multi-family group to stay together. Including the 2 pull out sofabed queens, the house can sleep as many as 14 people. For meals, gather around the island in the kitchen or the big dining room table. In the evenings, enjoy the large propane fireplace in the living room which makes for cozy nights in the winter season. To wind down a day of activities, enjoy the large hot tub just off the deck on the patio. In the summer, enjoy the fire pit and BBQ on the deck.
