When the snow level allows, there is a groomed trail about 20 feet from our door which leads to the mid mountain Ritz Carlton Gondola & full mnt access. With less coverage you will have a 5 minute walk across the parking area to the groomed slope at most. There's no need to take the shuttle or get in your car. Also a 5 minute walk to the village.brbrAfter you book and prior to your arrival, you will receive a custom front door key code for your check in.brbrOur Ski Trail condo which sleeps 6 is a rare end unit with a balcony. Our condo is an upper unit and involves stairs. brbrFrom the parking area there is a paved path with gradual stairs about 25-30 yards to the building.brbrOur kitchen is fully equipped including a new, self-cleaning gas range, all dishes, silverware, glassware and pots and pans for most types of cooking. There is an electric coffee maker, and there are also additional items like paper towels, napkins, coffee filters, and dish soap for both the sink and dishwasher.brbr ***Our condo is not appropriate for children 5 and under***brWe have an open tread stairway and a loft bedroom with a bed up against a 3 foot loft wall.
