Remodeled Ski In/out Condo At Northstar Resort

We had a great family ski trip here! Our two teens were able to spread out in the living room thanks to the extra daybed there in addition to the sofa bed. The condo is right by the slopes. The host responded quickly to my texts and was very accommodating. We will definitely want to stay here again next time we ski Northstar!

Cozy and clean, in a beautiful location

The property was beautiful and it was quiet. I loved how the condo was fully stocked with usable household items. The only thing that I did notice once we were going to bed was that one of the pillows was not clean. There was a few hairs on the pillow that made me feel uncomfortable and wondering if the other bedding were clean and washed before us checking in. Other than that, everything was great and clean.

Very convenient hotel if you are flying out early. Friendly and efficient staff, prompt shuttle to the terminal. Rooms are very modern and clean.

Perfect for a ski weekend

I loved staying here and am hoping to return again. This is a perfect place to visit with family. I have a preschooler and a toddler. My mother is elderly. Fortunately, our condo was on the first floor so it was easy for mom to be in and out, since she has aching knees. The kids loved this place. It was very clean. The host was very responsive when we inquired about airconditioning. It was a hot week. 89 degrees outside and there was only one fan. The host let me know the closest place where I could purchase and extra fan. Next day we just ended up going to the lake when it was hot. Kings Beach is which is close by is the best place for the little ones. People on the beach were courteous and kind, telling by the few exchanges we had. We felt very safe and comfortable there and enjoyed our time very much. There are a plenty of places to eat at the Kings Beach. I had not paid much attention earlier and only enjoyed the evening before, but there is a little hike behind the condos with a little water stream. The Gondola ski was really close by. It can take you 2.3 miles for about 60 dollars for the adults and for kids under 4 go for free. The balcony is very nice and you do feel like you in the middle of a forest. It is very nice and quiet there.

The bathroom sink would not drain unless you lifted up the stopper over the drain. Otherwise everything was great!

The 1-bedroom condo was very spacious and inviting. Our family of 5 (kids ages 7-12) was very comfortable for our long weekend trip to play in the snow. The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals. The village is about a 1/4 mile walk down the hill, there is a resort shuttle but you have to request service well in advance (there is an app for the shuttle too), we just ended up walking to/from the village. The road is a bit narrow from the snow so I recommend you bring a flashlight if you are walking to/from the village in the dark during the winter. Jason was a great host, providing the parking pass in advance of our trip and checking in to see if everything was going well. He also provided detailed instructions for check-in/check-out which were easy to follow.

Great stay! Our host went above and beyond when it comes to communication and making our stay amazing. Unit is ski in ski out. The Village is a few minutes away on foot. Would definitely stay again!

Such a great place to stay! Ski Into the Northstar village and enjoy a day at the slopes. This cozy condo is warm, welcoming & so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back many more times. Access to Northstar is outstanding, and the condo is well stocked making this a true gem! Highly recommend!!

Very responsive host. Great location, easy walk to the village even for our 4 year old. Had so much fun teaching our son to snowboard on the run behind the condo! Very close to both the paid gondola and the free gondola.

Everything was perfect for a ski weekend! What a great location! We skied right onto Condo run and down to the lift. It was a very short walk into the village for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Jason was a great host! He responds promptly and the unit was fully equipped. Great direct access to Northstar ski runs -- it's literally in the back of the unit -- only 1 min walking distance. Ski-in and out like the Ritz without paying the price!

Clean room, responsive host, beautiful condo with easy access to the village

Everything was just as we needed. Some wild weather this weekend but we stayed cozy and warm.

This condo served us perfectly for a NorthStar summer event. Everything was within walking distance. Condo was well equipped to make any meal.

Condo was very clean and location was great. Communication with Jason was excellent. He is among the very few owners who would let you park car on check-out day also till 4 pm. Very nice person.

We enjoyed staying here for a long weekend ski trip and would definitely stay here again! Convenient locker for storing all our gear, and best of all was the super easy ski in / ski out access to Northstar's main gondola and Village lift. The walk down to the village was pretty easy too.

You can't beat the ski-in ski-out Ski Trail Condos at Northstar. We had a terrific time and the condo was almost perfect. It was remodeled, clean and cozy and again we loved the location. The skiing was amazing and so easy to start the day early to be one of the first on the gondola and being able to come in for lunch was awesome. The walk to the Northstar Village is less than 10 minutes down a lighted trail. The Northstar Recreation center is kinda lame that you have to pay 10 per person even with the pass. A few things that would make this a perfect VRBO: The bed definitely could be replaced. A minimal investment in higher quality bed would be really nice. The pillows and towels can all be replaced as well. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well. Little things that were missing: Sponge or brush to do dishes, Only three rolls (And about 5 with a couple TP sheets left) of toilet paper for the week and 1 and 1/2 rolls of paper towels just seems like simple amenities that we are used to in past VRBO stays and would have made this perfect. Again, besides the small things, the unit was great. We would definitely consider staying at the Ski Trail Condos again, but hopefully we will have a more comfortable bed situation. Thanks again for hosting us. We had a great time and look forward to a future stay at Northstar.

A beautifully remodeled one bedroom condo just as described. Everything was perfect from the communication to the accommodations. Fortunate to receive a hefty amount of snow prior to our arrival… Made for very close to ski in and out conditions.

Location could not have been more perfect, a quick 7-10 min walk down to the village. Easy access - ski down to the gondola. We parked the car and never drove until checkout. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Really great space for a family of 4. Ski locker is right outside to store all the gear. Excellent communication with Jason. Jason's condo was such a nice experience, we're already looking to go back. Thank you!

We had a great trip to Northstar at this condo. The unit was clean and true to the descriptions and pictures. The host was very responsive during our stay and accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in July and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the village that takes about 10 minutes. The condo was very comfortable for the 2 of us and could accommodate a 3rd guest with the daybed in the living room. We look forward to coming back in the future.
