The fully stocked kitchen will meet all your cooking needs, including a coffee grinder/maker, various appliances, pots, pans, and all the works.brbrA large L-shaped sectional in the living room with a Roku TV is the perfect spot for movies or games. If the adults want to hang out alone, we've got you covered! Do not leave any food in your vehicle or outdoor areas, always keep your vehicle closed. Please attend to your children and do not allow to wander, there could be poison oak on the deep part of our property. This means there is still water in the lake for boaters and swimmers, however not as much as a normal season provides (water is much lower than pictured).brbrUnless otherwise agreed upon with owner, normal check in time is 3:30pm on your arrival date, and check out time is 10:30am on the day of your departure. brbr**Please note: ABSOLUTELY no pets or smoking! We respect all of our neighbors and we hope our guests will do the same.brbrI recommend bringing your own vehicle. Three Rivers is located in a secluded area away from the city.brbrPlease do not jump off any of the balconies or rocks. The river is very rocky and shallow. You risk drowning or being seriously injured if you jump off any rocks or balconies. There are no safe places to jump into the river.brbrPlease be aware of the river current. The river current can become very strong and can sweep you off your feet if you are not paying attention.brbrAll children must be accompanied by an adult in the backyard and around the riverbed area/beach. Children can be easily swept up and taken down the river by the current.brbrPlease watch out for snakes and other animal life. This property is very large and there is wildlife that likes to come down to the river for a drink. Please keep an eye on children!brbrUnfortunately, the fireplace is currently out of service.
