The River Oak Cabin is an ideal romantic cabin for a trip to the Park. Features Smart TV, Wifi, kitchen, and walk in shower. Private sitting area with fire pit and bbq. If you want to eat out, there are popular restaurants within a mile, and the best bbq across the street! You may also eat out on your deck with your complete kitchen and outdoor bbq at your service. You have private screened areas with your own outdoor fire pit. This cabin is attached to the Twin Oaks cabin, both romantic cabins each with private outdoor fire pits, bbqs, and private outdoor seating. We have elderly neighbors who aren`t too fond of loud guests or parties. Our neighbors told us they would call the cops if they have any issues. We want to ensure all guests know this is not a party spot. We will have to take your entire security deposit if our neighbors contact us about any issues. We want all guests to have as much fun as possible as long as they follow the rules and respect our neighbors.brbr- This listing is located above a studio apartment. We occasionally rent the lower studio to guests as well. Please be mindful of noise, and feel free to say hi to the other guests if you see them!brbr- Our driveway has a left and right side. You can park on the left side as long as you don`t block any vehicles in. The lower studio guests will park on the right side. Please park on the street if your vehicle can`t make it up the driveway. brbr- It is a 20-meter walk to the house up a fairly steep hill.brbr- We are out in nature; although rare, there have been sightings of bears, snakes, and spiders. brbr- The front burner on the stove seems only to be able to be on the highest setting when turned on.brbr-We love our neighbors! No parties and no loud noise after 10 pm, please.brbrMy assistant, Rachel, helps me out with the inbox every once in a while. She might answer the phones from time to time. She`s very kind and super helpful.brbrGuests will have access to the entire upper house and shared laundry room. The laundry room is located next to the lower studio.brbrThe neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Plenty of scenery and wildlife to see. We are very close friends with our elderly neighbors, and they aren`t too fond of loud noises or partying. They told us that they won`t hesitate to call the authorities if there are any issues. We want to make sure all guests have a great time as long as they abide by the rules. We respect all of our neighbors, and we hope our guests will do the same.brbrI recommend bringing your own vehicle. Three Rivers is located in a secluded area away from the city.brbrWe have had an occasional woodpecker who likes to peck on the house in the morning. It usually only lasts for a short time. We are working on preventing this from happening!
