The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar four. There is a large deck and big windows in the house so everyone can enjoy the views! Off the deck there are stairs that go down to a fenced yard for your dog to play freely in.brbrThe house sits in a fantastic location on the West Shore! It is found on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access (one block!) to the trails that lead to Page Meadows and the Rim Trail. Great for hiking or biking in the summer and the trail to Page Meadows is often groomed for walking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in the winter. You can always find a Tahoe dog or two walking on this trail! You are also close to Sunnyside and Tahoe City, and just a short drive to Palisades Tahoe and Homewood resorts.brbrAll three bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the downstairs level. Please know that it is against State Law to leave any type of trash or wildlife attractant unattended. Therefore, all trash and recycling must always be securely placed inside a locked metal container (e.g., bear box or dumpster). Overflow garbage and recycling must be taken off-site by the Guests and never left in a garage, vehicle, near a door or window, or any other unsecured outdoor location.
