Stayed Feb 2, 2024This was an impeccably clean and cozy property. My only complaint was the sign in process was a bit cumbersome, needing to fill out extra information beyond the VRBO stuff.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Generally speaking we are pretty laid back and understand places are never perfect which is saying something in that we feel compelled to leave this review....... We have always been a bit weary of renting a place through a property management company but decided to take a chance as this property is in a good location. Unfortunately the place had nice pictures, but the carpet was absolutely filthy with a ton of stains and the overall smell coming from the kitchen and bathrooms was not pleasant at all. This was even after we cleaned them all. Also the bedding (covers) were very dirty as noted by our 14 year old daughter so we washed them all and to our suprise the marks on them as well as the smells all disappeared from the bedding. We also tried to use the vacuum and after unclogging it we took out two full canisters which made me wonder even more if the place is ever really cleaned? Curtains/blinds broke upstairs on the slider door and the downstairs bedroom shade was never really able to open and close. Reported all of this to the property team and they did apologize and they did try to reach out but the final straw was getting a metal wire stuck in my foot the last night from the kitchen rug...... Renter beware, pics are taken when it is in ideal shape and you will tend to be safer with non-carpeted floors AND it seems best to try to rent directly from owners if you can.
