There is a large garage/storage building on the back of the property in which the owner & property management company occasionally visit to gather supplies. We were thrilled to find a home on a country road that is also centrally located close to the Square, TrainTown, Cornerstone, wineries, and more. We renovated the house throughout with thoughtful, modern, and stylish updates, including a new HVAC system with air filtration, bathroom, deck, and hot tub. There are several cozy nooks to hang out in the house, including two separate couch areas. There is high-speed internet (perfect for remote work), and several TV’s throughout the house. The stylish kitchen has everything you need, including a new dishwasher (18-inch), large refrigerator, and, of course, plenty of wine glasses.brbrOutside, you’ll find ample room to relax and play. Relax in our new Caldera hot tub (perfect way to unwind after a day of wine tasting!). Barbecue on the new grill, and dine under trellis with grapevines (and bistro lights in the evening). There is a large lawn area for children to run around on. brbrFor those with young children, the house is kid-friendly and equipped with a Pack’n’Play, a Bumbo seat, kids’ silverware, and a trunk full of toys (because is there anything better than someone else’s toys !).
