Sleek and Chic by the Beach

Very nice, clean property. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. Communication with the property manager was superb. Spacious deck and clean pool to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

The location of this house is really good! The house and the amenities are really nice. We had to move our cars around as you can't park more than 1 car in the driveway as you share it with the neighbors. We were only in town for 4 days so we packed light and the washing machine did not work 3/4 days. They did however replace the washer while we were there on the last day so I could at least fly home with clean clothes. The manager was good about communicating with us on the handy man and installer coming over but I was disappointed that we had to deal with someone coming in the house 2/4 days that we were there. They made it right and thats what matters. So the next clients have a new washer! Overall a nice stay.

This is a great property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the pool area was great. The grandkids enjoyed the spa and the pool, as did all of the adults. We loved being able to walk to the dog beach with our dog. She had a blast playing in the ocean.We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved promptly. The communication with the property manager was great.We hope to return again!

I didn't intend to leave a review like this, especially since my family genuinely enjoyed the property and considered renting it again later this summer. However, I strongly urge future guests to thoroughly inspect the home upon arrival and immediately report (with photos) any pre-existing damages or issues.We rented this property for a family gathering celebrating an engagement, and while the stay itself was lovely, issues arose after checkout. The property manager initially reached out regarding a broken shower door, which we had explicitly been informed was already damaged and not to use. Then, the morning of check out, it was suggested we broke the same shower door that was previously broken. Shortly after, we received another message claiming we'd broken the outdoor faucet—another item we hadn't used at all, given the rainy weather during our visit.Unfortunately, these incidents feel like attempts by management to attribute existing maintenance issues to renters in order to pass along repair costs. Please exercise caution and document everything carefully if you decide to book this property.

Nicely appointed and perfectly located Del Mar home. We had a great weekend and will certainly be back! Louisa was a wonderful host!

What a wonderful property. Clean, stylish, well laid out for groups, GREAT backyard/pool scene, and steps away from the beach. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back. Top notch experience end to end.
