My family & friends had a wonderful time at this incredible home. Plenty of space, kitchen was packed with everything we needed. Location was perfect/ just a block from a terrific beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Easy to get to. Matt(owner) was wonderful & very responsive. We’ll definitely come back!

House is beautiful and fully equipped. It is in a perfect location between 2 beaches. It is super close to restaurants and a surf shop. Great restaurants are close in both Solana beach and Encinitas. Matt was friendly, communicative and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Bottom line: I would highly recommend this house and I would come back again in a heartbeat!

this property is stunning, immaculate and in a wonderful location. Pretty walking distance to beach, shops and food. Matt gave us plenty of ideas, shared their favorites and even had an awesome gift basket of local fare awaiting our arrival.an exceptional experience.

The hosts are wonderful. We didn't have any issues but they checked in on us and were available in case we needed something. The house is awesome, super modern and well kept. Great location, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

What a great time we had in this home! We've stayed in other homes before, but this one was by far a favorite - especially for our older teens. An obviously custom designed and built home with all the bells and whistles, we felt like elite movie stars in a private and peaceful setting just a short stroll from the beach and several restaurants. We found ourselves just wanting to hang out at the house and not go out to all the other things Solana Beach has to offer. The home is a modern design with an open plan kitchen, dining and family area, 3 bedrooms upstairs (all separately controlled cooling - a nice touch), and a large office on the main level that also served as a 4th bedroom when the chairs converted into comfortable twin beds. The master bathroom belongs in a magazine - yet it was extremely functional well thought out. Everything was very clean - and the sheets had a great, fresh smell to them. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, flatware, spices, etc. and we were able to prepare a surf-n-turf feast on the large outdoor grill. We all enjoyed several bean hole tournaments in the back, as well as some ping pong. Matt was a pleasure to work with and quickly helped us when we old folks couldn't figure out the remote control to get to our Netflix account. We would most definitely stay here again! A true 5 star luxury, modern home. Thanks Matt!
