Stayed Sep 23, 2025Overall the property is in a great location being very convenient to pool, ocean and shops.The inside is very clean and I was completely comfortable in his unit. I would add maybe a brighter light in master bedroom. I liked the spa like feel of the master bathroom. He did a great job of renovating in general and I would stay there again.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024Property was delightful and very comfortable. Brilliant location right next to the beach. Went for long walks at sunrise and sunset. At sunrise saw the dolphins swimming to their feeding places. At sunset watched the sun sink into the Pacific.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This is our second trip to Solano beach. We had a wonderful time once again. The unit and property were clean. The unit was decorated nicely and very comfortable. It was nice having the pool and grill just steps away. Many restaurants within walking distance. It was always easy to communicate with our host, Emmett. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We have stayed at the Del Mar Beach Club many times, and this was our favorite visit yet! Emmett's place is immaculate and he ensures that a guest has everything they need to have a comfortable stay in his home. The proximity to the pool/grilling area was really nice having young kids. The house is sparkling clean and you really just can't beat the location in Solana Beach. Thanks for having us Emmett, we can't wait to come back again!

Stayed Jul 9, 2023What a wonderful trip we had. The check in process was a breeze and the condo was more than expected. We loved the location and the green space for the kids the run around a bit. The beach was SO quiet for July we were amazed. We saw dolphins almost every day. The beds were super comfortable and spacious. We walked to the Brigantine, Fletcher Cove playground, CVS, and much more. If you’re looking for a beach getaway this is the place!
