Please note, we reside on a small cul-de-sac. We've included photos indicating designated parking areas for your convenience. It's essential that all guests agree not to park in spaces allocated to our neighbors or obstruct their access.brbrbrbrWe provide a two-car garage which we encourage you to use. For additional parking, you may park outside the garage, ensuring access is maintained for our neighbors across the street (as shown in the photos). You can also park near our side of the street, close to the walkway leading to our house.brbrbrbrIf more parking is needed for yourselves or visiting friends, street parking is available. Please avoid parking directly alongside our neighbors' houses as those spaces are reserved for them. Thank you for your cooperation.brbrbrbrLocal guests, please inquire before booking.brbrMinimum booking age is 25 years.brbrPer Sonoma County vacation rental ordinance:brbrMaximum overnight occupancy (10 PM to 7 AM) is 8 guests.brbrDaytime occupancy (7 AM to 10 PM) is limited to 10 guests.brbrParking available for 5 vehicles.brbrQuiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM.brbrOutdoor amplified sound is not allowed.brbrWe welcome one well-behaved, house-trained dog under 35 lbs. Dog must remain off furniture and use provided pet bed. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any pet-related messes or additional cleaning required.
