Ideally located on the unspoiled Sea Ranch meadow and situated down the street from the popular Shell Beach or One Eyed Jack’s playground, bocce ball court and picnic area. brbrThe entry level enjoys an open kitchen which includes all the appliances you will need if you like to cook – a heavy duty mixer, food processor, slow cooker, deep fryer and a gas five burner continuous grid DCS cooktop. The great room has oversized window seats looking out over the meadow and beyond towards beautiful blue water views. A cozy woodstove completes the setting to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. Kenber also has forced air central heating. brThe great room has a slider leading to the southwest patio deck and hot tub. The patio also has a gas grill and outside table seating six comfortably. brbrThe Kenber house includes a cedar paneled master suite with a king bed and attached large bathroom with oversized shower.
