This home is just as described and extremely clean. It is in the perfect location, surrounded by the sea, an abundance of walking trails and pure relaxation. I would highly recommend renting if staying in the area.

Well equipped home. Comfortable couches, nice size t.v.. lovely hot tub protected from wind. Bedrooms comfy, master bed a little hard for my taste. Very clean. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Short walk to bluffs and wonderful small beaches. Very relaxing. Thank you!

If you love nature this is the perfect place to be. There are many beaches and trails nearby. My husband and I saw animals during our stay that we don't typically see. Harbors seals, Humpback whale (that sadly was deceased) Turkey Vultures, Scrub jays, Red-shoulder hawk, Black-tailed jack rabbit, Douglas squirrel, Gray fox, Brown pelicans, Osprey, Sheep with even a time they were being hearded across a road into a field, and Black-tailed mule deer. The deer family were there every morning and evening in the yard. The sunsets were stunning. Sea Ranch has a noise and sound ordinance. This made for peaceful evenings. We would stand on the deck and look up to the clear sky to view the stars. The deck has access from the kitchen and the main bedroom. The main bedroom was spacious with high ceilings and a nice large shower. High ceilings are also in the small living area, dining and the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking. Gualala is a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We didn’t use the grill or hot tub or enjoy the puzzles and games provided. Cons. The kitchen doesn’t have ventilation for cooking so the entire house would smell. Many of the dishes and cups were broken. Some cooking utensils were rusted. The bedroom upstairs was musty smelling with handprints, smudges on the walls. We kept the door closed to this area.

We loved our stay! The house is big, beautiful, and very well maintained. It was very clean, and we enjoyed the hot tub and gourmet kitchen. All I needed was a private chef to make it perfect! Ha ha! We loved walking down to Shell Beach and even just hanging out on the deck. We were sad to leave, one week was just not enough!

We enjoyed staying at Starlight Ranch. It was my wife, my adult daughter and me. So we didn't really need the upstairs twin bed room, but it was a nice extra room for quiet activity.The kitchen was well stocked. If you plan to cook, a couple of things to note: Outdoor grill works well but the grilling area is small and the temp gauge is way off. There are few ways to save leftovers (i.e. tupperware) so bring saran wrap or ziplock bags. Two coffee makers: a fancy espresso machine and a basic drip one using basket filters, not cone filters or Keurig style cups. Salt and pepper are there but bring your own spices. Beds were comfortable, living room area comfortable, puzzles and board games provided. Easy walk to the coastal trail and beach. While the unit is close to the main road we did not hear any road noise. Hot tub worked well and we enjoyed using it. Overall, it is a good family option in Sea Ranch.

Cons - it was a hassle making the reservation and getting check in. reservation fee to VRBO that wasn't expected and I received no receipt for. Too many forms to fill out including posting a selfie! Disappointed about no TV since we wanted to watch Warriors playoffs, but don't usually watch tv. Heater instructions needed in house notebook. Broken shades on master sliding door. Long walk to the beach. HINT - drive down Pacific Reach to the parking lot near Shell Beach- then enjoy the beach or coastal walking.PROS: VERY well equipped - best kitchen and dining equipment I've ever seen. Hot tub is great. Deck is lovely for sunning and watching sunset. Very nice comfy furniture. House very clean. My small dog was very happy!

This house is very comfortable and has a good layout for families. The hot tub was great, the place was clean, and the living room and kitchen area are very comfortable. It was easily accessible to the beaches and playground. Easy and pleasant stay!

We had such a wonderful time at this rental! It was clean, well stocked, and just as advertised. It was beautifully located and we had such a great weekend relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Another great property in beautiful Sea Ranch.

So far, Starlight Reach is our favorite rental in Sea Ranch. Hubs and I both cook and we were pleasantly surprised with the well stocked kitchen. We bring up a few already cooked casseroles, chili, snacks, etc. What is so nice are the comfy chair and couches to watch tv in. Some rentals fail at this. My favor, though. Is the visits to the hot tub at night under the full moon. The hot tub is very private and a great place to relax after your beach hike.

If you want a place to relax and unwind, Starlight Reach at Sea Ranch is the perfect place. Nice peekaboo view of the Pacific, easy access to beaches and hiking trails, and tranquility. The deck hot tub is very nice, and the barbecue works perfectly. The kitchen has high end appliances and cookware. Gualala is nearby for grabbing a quick bite or getting groceries. The WiFi works well, but there is no cell service when you step outside the door. This made the check-in process a little sketchy, but otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

We love Sea Ranch with proximity to the ocean, hiking trails and wildlife. Starlight Reach has a spacious floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed the internet, smart TV and washer and dryer. The deck has a wonderful view of the ocean and is the perfect place to watch the sun setting, the only thing missing is a patio umbrella to enjoy sunny days. The perfect way to start and end the days is with the great hot tub on the deck. Minor discomforts were the vehicle crossing across the street, the low height toilets and the stingy provision of consumables, garbage bags, dish washer pods, coffee filters and super thin tp, but Overall, We loved our stay and plan to go back!

My family of four stayed a few night at this comfortable Property. The home close to a nice short trail that takes you right down to the beach and also connects to the trails along the cliffs edge. There is a Harbor Seal view area along the trails which was a nice bonus. We picked up food in the town of Gualala(Short distance) and cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen. In the evenings we played games on the large kitchen table and did some stargazing on the peaceful back deck(Sea Ranch is great for stargazing.) We would love to stay again in the future and explore more of the trails and surrounding area.
