Upscale kitchen (Wolf stove, Sub-Zero fridge) with breakfast counter and sunrise-view terrace. 5 patios and Jacuzzi with garden shower all have full privacy, but home is only 3-5 minute drive to beach, harbor, shopping, freeway, downtown SB dining and clubs, etc. Hardwood floors, unique art objects, rose garden, avocado and citrus trees, 3-car off-street parking. Our two cats, Luna and Bowie, are daytime outdoor and nighttime indoor, easy to befriend and feed. Additional cats negotiable but please no other pets.
