The space is a detached carriage house but is very comfortable with windows, insulation, and climate control. You will need to walk outside, cross the patio to the shared bathroom in the main house (or studio). Please be aware that California generally has excellent weather and rarely rains except for the Spring months, please bear this in mind if you are counting on using it as a 5th bedroom. brbrABOUT OUR POOLbrOur cowboy-style tank pool is filtered (no jets), 22 inches deep, and 10 feet in diameter (perfect for 6–7 adults). We aim to maintain the water at around 85°F. Note: Temperatures may vary with the seasons. Please handle the pool cover with care. Damage may result in a replacement fee of $800.brbrPET FEEbrWell-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. $150 per pet, per day. Dogs only (no cats or other animals). Pets are not allowed on furniture or linens—extra $50 fee applies for excess hair. If upholstery cleaning is required, this incurs a $500 expense. Please bring your own bedding if needed. Use provided bags for waste; turf clean-up incurs a $50 fee.
