Inside has about 2600 ft2 living space with two large living rooms each with fireplaces, smart TVs and surround-sound stereos, 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths. The large, central kitchen has two breakfast counters and all the obvious kitchen appliances - ask for details. Large office with designer workstations and large windows to interior atrium. Backyard is south-facing, comfortable, and private with patio lounges, chairs, tables, BBQ and spa. (Use of spa is a nominal extra fee due to thoughtless guest that ran up $1253 utility bill - there is no way for me to limit usage and monitor it. Quite frankly, I often do not charge anything once we have an understanding ) Motion cameras and lighting in front and back of the home. Home and yard have locked security gates including service gate with key code access. Whole home Wi-Fi internet provides perfect coverage throughout the house at 220 Mbps DL, 40 Mbps UL.
