Stayed Jun 11, 2026This was an excellent property. Nice and clean and steps from the beach. The house was quick sand responsive for all questions. There was an attached garage so we didn’t have to fight for parking and lots of beach supplies . The place had no AC they provided lots of fans but we were still hot and miserable. My kids had a blasted . The location makes the temperature of the place all worth it. We knew before booking there was no ac and still went for it. I wouldn’t change a thing excellent experience.

Stayed May 23, 2026Great location! Congested area, but so close to the beach was fantastic and the access to the garage made coming and going a breeze. Locations is in Mission Beach but a walk one way gets you to Pacific Beach with great restaurants and a walk the other way gets you to The Boardwalk with rides, mini golf, and escape rooms. Great supply of available beach equipment and toys. The house front door is on a walk-way / sidewalk but there is an alley on the other side of the neighboring house so no issue with grocery delivery or Door Dash finding us. We are a family of four with two teenage daughter and we had plenty of room and a great vacation. Would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 7, 2026This house was great for kids. They and their parents stayed in the bedrooms on the top floor and I (grandmother) stayed in the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The house was very clean, parking was fine, easy to get in and out of the garage. The beach was just a short walk away. Check-in was easy. Communications with the host were great. They quickly brought us some needed sheets for the sofa bed. We loved our stay at this house.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Amazing communication with the host and easy check-in. The location is so perfect - easy access to the beach and very close to the bay. Loved that beach chairs, a boogie board and beach towels were provided. We enjoyed our stay!
