A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. It boasts an incredible location just minutes away from the beaches, Mission Bay (walking distance), downtown, the airport, and attractions like SeaWorld & the San Diego Zoo.brbrThe house is conveniently designed with a reverse living layout. On the first floor you'll find the 2 bedrooms (one King & one Queen) and a full bathroom with standing shower. No need to lug any baggage upstairs! Each bedroom has its own air conditioning/heating unit for individualized comfort, closet and smart television. There are also full-sized washer and dryer units on this floor at your disposal.brbrHead upstairs and encounter your first water views. The second floor consists of a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a full kitchen with island seating. There is a living room area with pull out couch for additional sleeping options. If you enjoy wine, we have a dual zone wine fridge under the the 55in television for your convenience. Enjoy some of our card or board games at the breakfast banquette. Large windows allow for plenty of light on this floor. The glass doors connecting to the covered deck and outdoor eating area slide completely into the wall for an open feel while taking in the ocean breeze.
